Eliza is great. We get along great. I offered her an alliance at 2 in the morning. She said yes. Woke up, still was glad to have an alliance with Eliza.

And she also claims to, like Kat, be a real, live girl

My alliance network is starting to mirror my real life social circle. This is not a "L O L irl Butch is always surrounded by women" but a legitimate "oh hey most of my friends happen to be girls" and it's weird, but I feel like I communicate differently, for solely subconscious reasons with female reps than with male reps and I feel like the communication I do with female reps is more genuine and effective than the communication I am inclined to do with male reps, which can be more forced and less fun, and I don't know why that is.

Anyways, Eliza is really cool and we acknowledged that though our paths in this game may not be able to head in the same direction for the time being, if there's a swap, we will do our best to have each other's backs until we can work together full force. She also stated pretty clearly that she has misgivings about Caleb, who is super paranoid, and has little real connection to Caleb and Julia and Matty over on Sakai.

Is Eliza full of shit? Well, it's possible Eliza is at least...like...carrying a large amount of shit, even if she's not filled to the brim. But I like Eliza and Lord knows I have put in the leg work to develop a strong relationship with her, so I would like to think that, even if she is lying about her place in the game, she is being genuine about her willingness to work with me.

Also, there's a very good chance I am gonna be on the ballot for homecoming king at my very large university next year, so that's neat. And I'm representing the 2nd-largest organization on campus so I'm gonna be getting votes out the ass from people I don't even know, which is cool. I might be the first ORGer to be on the homecoming court. Nah, who am I kidding, the Sally's and the Sierra's of the world probably already have me beat in that department. But we'll amend that to first ORGer to win Homecoming King. I'll keep you posted. If I win in October, I will come back and post it in my confessional.

Also: Cute Girl's birthday party is this weekend so that's cool. And then I'll probably ask her out or something next week. But it's a lot easier to ask people OUT when you have a CAR to take them OUT in. UGH. THX AGAIN, GIRL WHO REKT MY CAR.

Eliza tells me lots of things:

She told me there was an alliance set up of and but this was Caleb's thing and they weren't really that loyal to caleb.

So our options for this vote were this:

We vote out Brad unanimously (which i was arguing for with reynold last night)

PROS: Nobody likes Brad that much, so we don't piss anyone off; Brad obviously flips sometimes

CONS: Brad SEEMS to be set on working with us; Voting Brad wouldn't be that big a move and wouldn't break up any opposing alliances

We vote out Jefra/Eliza

PROS: We strike at the heart of the big scary Sakai alliance

CONS: We probably alienate the other person of the two...and Julia...and Caleb...and Matty. So that's no bueno; I like these two a LOT, especially Eliza, which is why i was glad matty gave her immunity

We vote out James unanimously (Which Nold-Dog really wanted to do)

PROS: We take out a good player who has lots of ties with his old tribemates. We also probably don;t totally alienate anyone else in the game by doing this

CONS: We MIGHT alienate other people in the game by doing this. Namely the Ki people who seem to be reaching out to us; JAMES IS A REALLY GOOD DUDE. UGH He's a stay-at-home dad with what I assumer to be an adorable young son and he's basically living out my dream (provided his wife is bangin and also makes a good living and is the love of his life and stuff) and he sounds like he's a great dad and I HATE HATE HATE having to vote him even though we don't even click that well or talk that much




But ultimately, in case it wasn't clear, I think it's gonna be James. Which, from a strategical sense, I'm ultimately fine with. and from and emotional sense...I'll be ok with soon enough.
