I will echo others and nominate Dain. He had the ability to inspire me to continue, which is a necessary attribute for a leader.

There will be a second leader, and I think Francis or Izza would fit the title well.

I have decided to toss my name into the ring by showcasing my strengths and weaknesses and allowing the team to made the executive decision on my role as leader. I know I am a good leader, for my job specifically entails me to lead, guide, and train only the most elite members of society.

Pros: As a leader, I will not be bias. Respect is given where it is due for me, and while my respect is hard to gain, it is also impartial. I do not look at people for their physique or their intellect, but rather I give respect to those who strive for it. I will promise a slight democracy on my team. If a decision needs to be made in an instant, I will make the best, most intelligent decision. However, if we have hours to discuss on an event or encounter, then I am opening the discussion yah? Any items will be allocated to those who deserve the item as well as those who can utilize the item to their furthest potential. I am brutally honest, occasionally it can be a con, but as a leader it ensures my no bullshit attitude and my dedication to bettering our squad.

Cons: I am aware of my brash personality, it is who I am. I am also fairly unlikable or unrelatable when it comes to my life choices. I am always thinking of gainz, whatever the situation is yah? I am a fair leader but I do not tolerate weakness. Unless you tell the group ahead of time, absense to discussion is not tolerated. I am not afraid to make hard choices, but I am afraid of how I will react to individuals angry with me. I do not tolerate back talk to the point of disrespect.

If you wish to see me leader, then I will gladly accept. If you read this and do not feel I deserve the leadership role, I will not mind. Gainz can be made without me as the leader.

If I am elected leader you guys can each have one of my spare emergency cigars.

I am withdrawing my name. There are enough suitable candidates who will all do a great job.

Dain has my vote. As others have said, I will put Francis or Izza in the other top spot.

I think there are lots of good choices but aside from recieving our supplies I feel like the title of leader is just that, a title. So I personally think we ought to prioritize the other issues. The leader basically just needs to be trusted enough to adhere to the groups wishes regarding these first few items.

I endorse Francis and Dain.

I'm going to withdraw from this race as well solely because I believe Francis and Dain would make fine leaders.

That makes my decision easy.
