I don't see the appeal in Francis as a leader. As part of the team, sure. Leader, why? I still support Dain.

We are electing individuals who have not given their method of leading, yah? We dont really "know what's good" when Francis hasn't entirely spoken of how he shall be making gainz for us, yah? I dont object his leadership, I just wish he were to say more about what he's planning on doing with the power. We know how this will play out yah, we will be split into groups and leaders will have decisions to make yah? So I were to hope that Francis would maybe build a rapport with us and make it known what is on his agenda as a leader yah? Similar to my pro's/cons list would suffice for me. Same goes for Dain as well. Obviously I'm not asking for a detailed speech that a president would make, but something that will simply help me decide who will make the best team leader yah?

If Izza want to take herself out of the equation to support Dain and there's not enough support for Francis, RAMSES is a good alternative I'm willing to go with. I see potential in Mr. Scrauwen as well, but he has a lot of growing up to do first before being assigned a leadership role.

As I stated in the other discussion, I have no interest in taking a leadership role myself. In fact, I am a bit of a recluse and my people skills are not suited for leadership.

Dain seems to have a good head on his shoulders, and I can support his leadership.

Francis is another that I believe can lead us through these perils. His detective background may prove vital to this mission, and I would like to have the opportunity to share my research with him as we navigate the Dalia. If we share our data, I believe we can get to the bottom of this travesty.

I would recommend Lionel as well, the signs points to plenty of potential beneath that scruffy beard.

Well, I withdraw my Lionel nomination since he had no wish to lead, but yes. I still see potential.

I can lead and I am sure this expedition will harden me and force me to mature.

Thank you for the vote of confidence, m'lady! I must unfortunately decline the nomination, but I do believe that I will prove helpful to our elected leaders.

I am ok with Francis wanting to lead if that's what he wants. He seems like a good guy who will do the right thing when push comes to shove.
