Welcome to your new camp!
It's quite barren at the moment, and smaller than what you may be used to, but there is still power to be found here.
The Hunt will work exactly the same before. He's a reminder in case you need it:
|
The Hunt
Welcome to your camp! As mentioned in the season's welcome, there will be a Hidden Immunity Idol concealed somewhere at your camp and its surrounding area.
For the first round, you must all choose a starting area. To do so, take this image into paint or photoshop and place your memory wall icon where you wish to start. No two people may start on the same space. We will post an updated version of the map with all of your icons on it shortly after you all choose a space.
You may begin searching for the Idol as soon as your starting space is selected. Just like the show, there will certainly be luck involved. If you happen to begin searching in the correct area, your chances of finding it will likely increase.
Every round following challenge results, we will inform you that the hunt may continue. Once we post in here, you may state your movements. First come, first serve.
If you or your tribe lost the Immunity Challenge, you may move two spaces in that round.
If you or your tribe won the Immunity Challenge, a reward in the form of food will give you a boost. You may move three spaces in that round.
If you are the Captain of the tribe, you may move one additional space per round.
Here is an example of how you will move:
If you're allowed to move three spaces, you may say something like "1-1-2". That would move Phillip North twice and Northeast once. Be sure to make it very clear how you intend on moving.
Just one of these spaces has a Hidden Immunity Idol hidden within it. If you are the first to search that space by either landing on it or passing over it, you will be informed that you received the Hidden Immunity Idol. If someone already collected it, and you're on the correct space where it was, you will not be told.
There will be opportunities to earn or discover clues throughout the game. Clues will help narrow down where the Idol may be located. Be on the look out.
- You may not stand on the same space as another player. You may move through a player. That will count as one move.
- The wooden planks are small walls that you will have to move around. You cannot move through these walls. You can however move onto the two spaces with clusters of them, that's your shelter.
- You may move onto the flag space, and any tree and water spaces. The cut in half spaces on the edges cannot be stepped on.
- You cannot edit or delete a movement. Once you post, it's finalized. We will update the board with your movement as soon as we can.
- You may make your movement anytime before the next IC is posted.
- Be warned, a swap could send you to the other tribe and ruin your progress. You would then have to jump into the new tribe's jungle and begin searching.
- Ask us any questions you may have. Be sure to read through this thread very carefully. |
|
By now all of you have chosen your starting space. Not happy with where you started? Found a clue and realized you may be in the wrong area? You can jump across the board!
At the cost of two moves, you may choose to relocate yourself to another part of the board. You must once again edit your image onto a different part of the board to make it clear to us that you're moving. Two of your moves for that round will be instantly gone. If you had only two moves to begin with, relocating will be your only action for the round. |

Uhmm, can I stay at the same spot I was in the Dadés tribe? | Dedicating some time to meditation is a meaningful expression of caring for yourself that can help you move through the mire of feeling unworthy of recovery. As your mind grows quieter and more spacious, you can begin to see self-defeating thought patterns for what they are, and open up to other, more positive options.
