This game is off to a good start. I was basically aligned w/ everyone but Lea in this challenge, so it makes sense he came after me. I aligned w/ Chet after I hit him, but then I gave him permission to knock me off since I knew I wouldn't win as long as Lea was in the game. Oh well. Angie pulled me in to work together, as did Ciera and Leann. I feel pretty popular, despite finishing fifth. I found it hilarious I was the last person to claim a boat I think (boat 2) and then boat 2 was the last boat to move on during the rowing, and finally - I was the last person to post my puzzle to advance. xD How ironic! Oh well, I tried. I wasn't sure I wanted to win the challenge anyway - it's a huge target and I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings by picking them over others I have bonded with.
I have bonded with plenty of people, I think. Including Ciera, John, Jamie, Dan, and Danni. After this challenge, I have bonded with Dreamz and Angie who were on boat 2 with me, as well as Danni who I worked with, and Chet despite our hitting of one another. I also like Kathy, and I know I can have some kind of strong relationship with Kelly and Todd if I needed to (know who both of them are, and I enjoy both -- but aliasing, so this would be a last-ditch effort type of thing.)
Anywho, I'm sure I'll have more to say but I'll do a video later probably when more has happened but that's the gist of it.
My tribe was so frustrating as this was happening. The first hour was pretty representative of our success.

ANYWAY (: That is a pretty accurate representation of life on Saptano. Angie's browser sucking, Chet taking forever to start it after Angie's mishap, Nick being a little slow to understand life, Laura no-showing, Gillian being at work, and John (understandably) spending time with his family after a tragedy.
I'm actually very impressed John came back last night to help us out. No one would have blamed him if he didn't, due to his circumstances, but he still came back and his work isn't going unnoticed. I think if we lose, the vote will easily be Laura for not contributing. I understand she comes back from vacation today, but it's a little too late IMO.
Strategy talked with Nick and Chet last night, and hinted to Nick that we should have a foursome with John. John suggested this as well, and said we could use Chet as the fourth, and let Chet think he's the leader, since he's the "leader" of the tribe. Works for me, tbh. I will have this threesome within a foursome, but I also know Angie will work with me, so I will have her on the side, so once Laura is gone - the only one I'll have to worry about is Gillian, who no one seems to be connecting with, yet I'm still talking to her because I would like to be protected at all angles.

Laura showed up. It's sad because she seems really spunky and excited to play. I REALLY hope we win, so that we don't have to vote anyone off. =\ My tribe is growing on me, and I don't want to start cutting people already!
