Welcome! Like the last few seasons, we're gonna do a little aftershow thread. A small cast reveal will be posted in here on by one in a bit. Until then, feel free to use this thread to discuss whatever you wish!

Congrats once again to Neal, as well as Rachel and Liz for reaching the end! Thanks to all the players and PW's who helped make this a fun season!

Posting the cast reveal!

These were typed at the very start of the season, it's fun to look back and see our pregame thoughts with how each player turned out.

We'll be posting by boot order. Aliases are revealed with each one (not that it matters!!!)

"I always go into games intending to be a hero but I turn out to be a villain because I'm lowkey just a piece of shit and my true colors show eventually"

Name: Blake
Aliases: Endure/Conquest Blake
Self-described: The Asshole

Chicken seems pretty hilarious. He's extremely and harshly self-deprecating and constantly describes himself as being a piece of shit. He says the vast majority of every cast ends up hating him by the time he's voted out and he has a hard time connecting with people personally.

He has an interesting strategy typically. His goal is to gather a group of people that he likes but who don't really associate with one another at all and shove them into an alliance. It's worked for him pretty well on numerous occasions apparently.

His hurdle will of course be attempting to connect with people without them thinking he's too much of an asshole to work with. If he can win people over with his sense of humor and wit instead of being overly offensive or critical towards them, then he could find success.

"Fran don't rattle easy. Now that don't mean she's forgiving, no. But when it's your time, you won't see it, won't feel it. Only the cold."

Name: Boc
Aliases: Boc from FE, Sausage Osten/Tyrone
Self-described: Third time's the charm

Boc's my buddy and fellow Admin from FE, a forum I run. He's played twice in the series before, each time as a loud obnoxious black man character, each time as a first boot. We've joked together about him coming back as Francesca (booted first twice) but the timing was never right in previous seasons.

He's failed in the past to make any sorta bond with his tribe mates, partially because he doesn't take these too seriously, partially because he didn't realize the amount of effort you have to put in with people. I think he understands the game a lot more now, he actively watches Survivor these days and definitely gets the game and ORG's more than he once did. He'll likely still struggle trying to relate to people a bit, but if he puts forth enough effort he can find a few people to get close with I'm sure. His story is one of the ones I'm most interested in

"I saw a true glimpse of myself in Will when he slid on his face down the water slide."

Name: James
Aliases: N/A
Self-described: The Fresh Meat that fancies himself The Diplomat

Will Sims II is one of the biggest fish out of water players we've ever cast. He doesn't know ORG's, doesn't know this environment, doesn't know AIM, doesn't know these personality types.

However, Will is incredibly likable. If he gets his bearings, he will be one of the funniest and most well liked players in this cast. That's the issue though, getting his bearings. I imagine he's gonna struggle adjusting to the environment, but I think he'll really connect and hit it off people if he lands on his feet. Will is either gonna take some time to get himself set up and flash some personality, or he's gonna stumble and leave early if not giving that chance. I hope it's the latter, because I desperately want to see him succeed and see what he's like as a player.

"im either going to destroy your game or im going to destroy mine but we will find out at tribal"

Name: Daquan
Aliases: Shadow Will, BB.BTB Johnny Mac, Rustic Tom W
Self-described: the x factor

Wes is...probably not long] for this world sadly.

Every season we cast a few goofballs who will either crash and burn early or find a crack to slip through, and Wes is definitely one of them. I hope it's the latter for him, because I really get a kick out of him.

He's very self deprecating and knows that he's not so great at these games. That's part of his strange charm to me. He kinda talks a huge game but at the same time fully acknowledges that he likely won't do very well. He's an enigma.

I can hardly even write about his gameplay because it's all over the place in his app so I'll just leave you all with Wes' description of his strategy:

the only way i like to describe it is like a chef cooking a meal. i like to have a little taste test on everyone's game that way i can put the best game (or meal) forward. if that makes sense. what that meal is depends on the cast

"Say what? Character? Who you calling a character? I will knock you on yo' ass if you come afrontin' like that again. Lez just have fun okay? Ma daddy always said if you ain't havin fun whatchu doin' wrong?"

Name: Rob G.
Aliases: N/A
Self-described: Random

Having escaped from a 1920s minstrel show, Stacey Powell has arrived. Loud, sassy, and a bit confrontational, Stacey is a character, with all the good and bad that that entails.

However, Stacey is more than she appears. While she'll almost certainly struggle socially, she's got a great mind for strategy. She's the type who makes bold moves and isn't afraid of getting her hands dirty, and I think that, in combination with her shtick, could actually be a blessing for her. She could very well be seriously underestimated and dismissed as a non-threat, which could work in her favor. At the same time, it could just as easily end in disaster.

I'm hoping for a big villainous arc, but if I had to place my bets, I would place them on disaster.

"I usually think I actually have all the power and am running the show. I'm dumb."

Name: Lindsay
Aliases: Endure Lindsay, G&E Fae
Self-described: Loud

Trish seems to gravitate more towards open ID games as far as I know, so it's nice to see her continue her hand in the alias community.

Like others, she's amusingly self deprecating in her app. She describes herself as overly loud multiple times and calls herself an annoying wannabe villain. She says she tends to become a tryhard villain and often micromanages everything around her up until she gets taken out for being a villain - obviously something she'll have to try to correct here.

She does love meeting people though and seems to be a pretty social person in general. However, she says most of her allies she's ever made eventually vote her out due to her trying to get her way too many times.

Trish is only satisfied when she's the most visible player, something she is thus far miserably failing at. But there's time! I expect a bit of a firecracker if and when she eventually arrives.

"Many people would describe me as sneaky, and I am able to get things done without making a lot of noise."

Name: Kevin
Aliases: N/A
Self-described: Sly fox

Caleb described himself as a sly fox type player so I already love him. H seems to be a very adaptable player, claiming he's never played the same type of game twice. He's been heroic and likable, villainous and cutthroat, under the radar, aggressive, etc. He's molded by the situations and the players around him.

I think we're all gonna end up liking him. He's coming in as a last second replacement so he's just gonna need a bit of time, but he's a very friendly guy and easy to root for. I think he's a major dark horse and will be generally unassuming and underestimated while pulling things off behind the scenes. He's one to keep an eye on.

"People normally find my personality somewhat endearing (or at least i've been told that) and i think the way i unintentionally present myself to people really opens up a lot of doors for me to surprise them with my competent strategic mind."

Name: Isiah
Aliases: G&E Nellie, Warriors John K
Self-described: FUN!

Jaclyn was the last person to apply for the game at a point where we pretty much had our minds made up. However, her app was impressive enough for us to bump someone out and auto her into the cast.

She reminds me a lot of Hope in a way - the way they both talk about how they genuinely enjoy getting to know people and that's predominantly why they play. Jaclyn is a very bubbly, energetic social player. She's widely underestimated and shrugged aside as a ditzy or immature non-threat, but that's how she'll succeed if she can spin it into her advantage.

From what I understand, she just came off a pretty crushing defeat in G&E All Stars. She was the front-runner throughout much of the season and yet lost in the FTC because she wasn't eloquent enough and dropped the ball a bit, so she's got a nice redemptive story from ORGs coming in.

"I'm unique because I would like to say I'm a good judge of character even through a computer screen, and I will use it to screw all the hoes and become the pimp master daddy at the top."

Name: Dennis
Aliases: G&E Zelda, Empire Brenda, Twisted Brad
Self-described: Sloppy

I get the sense that JP is a very reactive type player, not necessarily an aggressive one. I think he's more adaptable to situations that are happening around him as opposed to being a go-getter who makes things happen, just the vibe that I'm getting from his app.

He seems fun though, definitely likable and probably a dependable member for a group. He likes to play the middle and work between two different sides, and it's always fun to watch people play with fire like that. He says he wants to step up the aggressive for this game, but also claims to be quite paranoid. We'll see if he can calm his paranoia enough to step it up and make some waves this season.

"I'm not the type of person to travel the easiest road possible. I want to earn a win, and I want to earn my spot in the game each and every round -- even if it may not be the best for me."

Name: Stephen
Aliases: Endure Stephen
Self-described: Ebullient

Joe is essentially being played by the real Joe. He doesn't watch Survivor and needed help with his character choice. After I read his app I told him he's a total Joe, for better or for worse.

Joe is a hero through and through, and definitely a competitor. He gives 100% in every challenge and is gonna paint a target on his back because of it for sure. Just like the real Joe, he's gonna need a strong social game to keep himself safe due to the target he'll put on himself, but he should be able to handle that just fine.

He's big on going as far as he can with the people that he likes, even if it may not be his best move. He says he's not so great in the strategy department, likely due to not watching Survivor and only having played one game before this. We'll see if his strategic skills can improve and if he can manage to convince people to keep him safe if/when his challenge abilities highlight him as a threat.

"As I said before you either love me or love to hate me, they both have love in it so I am completely fine with either one but I would prefer for everyone to love me <3. "

Name: Abi
Aliases: G&E Atohi, Warriors Fabio, Twisted Caleb
Self-described: Polarizing!!!

Ozzy seems like a ball of energy. I dunno if it's fun energy or dangerous energy, but there's a lot of it either way.

He says he's incredibly likable, and yet claims he's been a total villain in every game he's played, "a villain with a huge heart" he describes himself. Despite being loveable, if you cross him he'll transform and become your worst nightmare. He's gonna be an extremely polarizing character, both to us PW's and to his fellow players.

Ozzy likens himself to Abi-Maria so...there you go. He described himself as an emotional wreck. He's a talker, he's the opposite of a UTR player, he's boisterous and has a large presence, and he seems incredibly real and genuine.
