God, this has been a mess. After a few people, including Percy, nominated me for leader, I decided to jump on the title and do my best to organize the group. That task is seemingly impossible, because everyone has a different idea of what they want, and even the people that nominated me are still sticking to their own agenda. Honestly, I just want to take Percy, Francis, Garthon, Izza, RAMSES, Freyja, Edom, Felicity, and Aippaq, and just head out. I think they're the most valuable in terms of skillset, and there will be some different viewpoints there that could help us. I'm not interested in finding whatever took the Dalia anymore. All I want is to make it out alive.

It seems like we'll be leaving the supplies with the leaders, who are likely Francis and I. Percy and Izza both declined leadership, which I really should have as well. I've put more attention on myself than I wanted, but oh well. I've decided to leave the least useful people, in my eyes, at the bottom, which is a mixture of inactivity/incompetence. I've tried to keep my person feelings out of judging the bottom 9, but it's hard when Elias is this awful. I hate men like him. Rich, pompous, cowards from Callisto who thrive on the suffering of others.

In terms of the gun and the medkit, I don't want Izza and Percy to each take one because I want them both on my crew. I'm assuming I get the leadership position, so Izza and Percy are both valuable members to my party. I had wanted Francis as well, but it looks like he'll be filling the other leadership spot. Cronkite has had some useful information as well, and Garthon has great insight. If I had to choose a crew, it'll be based off of their advice here and what they bring to the table. A doctor, an engineer, a PI, a man who has a lot of knowledge of the Dalia, and a loyal soldier all seem like valuable assets. Melvin, Felicity, Aippaq, RAMSES, Freyja, Morwena, and Arissa all also seem like capable people. The rest...I'm not sold on.

Of course the people on the bottom of the lists are squirming. It's only now, that they're locked in a life or death scenario, that they're going to put in the time. I get that, but a few of them are coming off like asses. Elliot, Cliff, and the Russian chick in particular. They force awkward attempts at conversation or condescend towards others because of their shortcomings. Guys like Aippaq and Cronkite were in the same position, but they established themselves as assets to the team with their knowledge and skills. People begging "Please save me I'm good at 'blank'" are bad. Cronkite didn't just show off his knowledge - he threw some good ideas out there. He's a fighter, not a beggar, and I respect that.

God, everything just happened so fast. We lost Izza, the most valuable person on the ship, which exploded after the airlock shut. After that, these...monsters attacked us. We got split up. Only 16 of us made it out, but odds are some of the others survived. Percy, Francis, and Melvin all were there...I honest-to-god liked Percy. She was a great kid. Francis was a smart guy, and I got along with him well. We could've shared stories on the rough streets. Melvin was a rich kid, but he was also a good one. He's the kind of guy who I would love to have in a gang. Has connections, smart but not too smart, and a cynic.

I'll do my damn best to lead the group I have. Garthon, Freyja, and RAMSES made it here, so I have some good people in our midst. Morwena's a religious nut, but she's a valuable member of this group. Felicity's a good kid as well, and hopefully this will toughen her up and get her out of the past.

Weapons. This is a bad sign. I was content being the one holding onto the Laser Pistol, just in case shit hit the fan. Two problems arise. 1. They know my gun has a single shot. 2. Other people get guns, and if they have malicious intent, it's harder to handle it. I'm going to do my best to control who gets what and moderate it all, just to spread out the danger of a possible killer.

I now trust Tesimal. He proved that he and RAMSES shared an ability by naming it, and he gave us the proper weapon info. Takeshi is the one I'm not sold on.

I don't think Pipes or the others have realized it yet, but odds are we won't ever see him again. There's going to be some sort of complication preventing us from meeting up with him, or he's going to die somehow. I'm ready for it, but the others...a lot of them are green. They don't know how to handle watching people die or being the reason people die.

As for Felicity...I'm disappointed. She blew her chance of proving herself, and handled it as poorly as imaginable. It's moments like this where losing people like Pipes and Izza become harder to manage. Knowing what we could have had instead to what we actually have is tough.

This KitKat business is way over my head. It's a ton of messy shit, and everyone has different ideas of what it means. I think our goal shouldn't be on what the voices in Tesimal's head tell us, it should be on finishing the mission and getting out of here.

Fuck...I almost died. I'm glad Garth passed me the armor instead of Pipes, or I would've been a pile of ashes.

This missile launcher stuff can be bad. I'm leaning towards firing it now so it can't hurt us, rather than letting it sit until someone else has the same idea as I do. I'm not gonna act out and mess with it though, I don't want to paint myself in a bad light.
