I'm happy to have got to this point for the 2nd time since FE has existed. I don't think that's a coincidence and I believe that shows my versatility and proves that I have dedication, creativity, and enough support to be a great moderator of this forum we all love to hate to love.
Now, a few words from me on my potential candidacy:
To make a long video a bit shorter, I will recap a few things:
1. I can and will run a quick, small game of some sort on the forum every week. This could be dethys, this could also be something random yet fun, like a Survivor mini, BB mini, creative game, or otherwise.
2. Alongside that, I promise to host my 2nd edition of FEndurance and, barring success, will host more in the future at a more regular interval. FE shouldn't be purely Mafia when it comes to games, so I plan to bring more than just mafia to the table.
3. Agreeing with what I said above, I plan to host another installment of FE Idol.
4. Outside of fun and games, I do plan to bring a bit more change to the forum. Hopefully with my voice as a moderator being on the outer circle of the normal FE crew, I desire to see a bit of a shift in the way people are treated and the constant overrun of threads. This may not be just putting specific people in their own forum grouping, but could just be someone stepping up and speaking out on behalf of many. You know I don't hold back my thoughts or feelings, so I will be more than happy to express my feelings toward people on these matters and even call people out on it if I have to.
5. I, like many of you, am curious about why our reputation is the way it is. If you vote for me, I will give you a running list of your reputation when you ask me to.
6. Lastly (for now), Zersch wants me to express our desire to unban Darkus (for whatever the reason he was sent to the gallows) and something involving sock monkeys.
Zersch and I have quite a few things planned, but I will let him tell you the remaining things he promises as we are running together. Even though he may not be elected Moderator with me, I plan to share my responsibility with him as much as I am able.
As my other competitors have expressed, I am more than open to talk about what you desire and how I can help you. I don't think there are many, if any on this site that can say I'm an outright liar and, those that pledge loyalty to me, I'm sure to give back. Any and all questions are welcome and I do hope to receive your votes for FE's next moderator.

Do you believe you will be able to bring this discussion to the administration and have your voice heard well enough to implement the changes you're hoping to obtain?

I think that's what he's talking about. I'm sure he's aware that he can't make any of those changes on his own.

While I agree that it could stir up drama that drama wouldn't be possible to stir up if people weren't smiting each other. It's pretty similar to the horror story of the episodes of Black Mirror and Orville with societies centered around up/downvotes like Reddit. The anonymity is pretty disgusting as well.
That being said I would not share such information with the public. I'd rather axe the reputation system altogether than out people who are negging some/propping up others on a weirdly consistent basis. As a mod I don't think I'd have much of a say in that matter though so my only guarantee would be privately talking with specific people who I will not out to ask them to please lighten up on so and so if I'm noticing someone is particularly distraught over their reputation.
This is the only forum I've been on with reputation where it's anonymous actually. My old forums had a page where you could see each + and - with commentary by the person who did it as to why they did it. The reputation system here only seems to serve to humiliate a subgroup of people but anonymously because you can't tell them in person you have an issue?

Agree, plus saying only those who vote for you seems like a threat. :P
Also, I don't really think anyone should be "talked to" about that nor do I think a mod should be that concerned with it.
I think the people most worried about Bryce outing who derepped who are probably the biggest serial offenders who present one image but privately are more devious.
Again though, it isn't something I would do despite my comfort level with Bryce doing it if that's what he wants to do.

I'm not worried, and I don't believe Rose is either tbh. That wasn't my point, I just think it will cause more trouble between people.
