Sydney,
We were latched on to each other for almost the whole game and I wanted things to work out with us, I really liked you, but you rubbed so many people the wrong way. You threw my name around way too much and you weren't the best ally. That along with the fact that people seemed to think we were the tightest pair in the game I knew I had to make a move on you before you did to me. I know you took it very hard when I turned on you and voted you out and I don't expect you to ever forgive me for it but I stand by it as the best move for me. I'm sorry how it went down. I wish we could have had the trust that everyone thought we had, but things aren't always what they seem.
Thanks for sticking with me for so long. I really couldn't have done this without you.

I first had contact with Sydney back when we were put into the NuKi tribe. From our first messages to each other, I recognized that she was smart and that I needed to be on her side for as long as possible. When Michele had to exit the game, she really took me in and made me feel as though she was looking out for me and I had nothing to worry about. It's one of the reasons why I felt comfortable mutinying to the Ozato tribe when I did. I felt that it was crucial to my game to stay close to Sydney.
Once we merged, I really tried to continue working with her, and almost realized too late that I wasn't going to be able to. She was the one person in this game that I felt like I had to be super-careful about what I said while chatting. She seemed to really analyze every single word that I typed, which I admit, was intimidating. She had a way of pulling and pushing and prying what she wanted out of me, and never beat around the bush for answers. If she wanted to know something, she just asked. If she wanted something, she would take it.
In the end, I think that she stood a very good chance of winning this whole game, which is why I felt like I had to see that she left. She would have ran circles around me in the end. It's one of the reasons why I was very happy that the tribal councils were not live on AIM.
I do believe that playing with Sydney make me a better player. She forced me to step up my game in order to keep up. She was a force in this game. Not so much publicly, but behind the scenes...she was a force!

Oh Sydney. Everyone told me all game how you were this megabitch and I did in fact see it. You were super blunt and were NOT afraid to sit someone. I actually found it funny? Maybe I was laughing at the troll-y side of it, but I thin I got your humor haha
