Man I really messed up the gut call on that idol. It was a great secret weapon that nobody knew existed, and I had to go blow it like Spencer (Cagayan, not the dingleberry I'm playing with) on a vote that saw none cast against me. To be fair, I played my idol because my name was going around people's mouths like mouthwash at a cigar joint. Everywhere! Fortunately nobody was serious about it, but they could've been. I felt strong that the final 9 tribal would be the biggest of the game, and I wanted to survive it, and survive I did. Idol is gone but Sydney isn't which is all dandy at the end of the day.

Moving on to this round, the slow-ass James ended up winning immunity, setting up a tailspin of Ki nonsense. First up Dana, who is beginning to grind my gears a bit, plays her immunity necklace. I mean, sure Regis I didn't ASK to use my 50/50 lifeline here, but go ahead and take away half my voting options anyway :( Alright so we are down to Spencer and Marisa for who we want to leave. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!! Thanks to some Ukiyo antics, Dana and Marisa (who is she btw? does she do anything ever? what a horrible casting choice) bought two idol halves and now will be combining them and playing on one of Marisa or Spencer.

Now for all you Economics nerds out there, it's time to play a little game called "Opportunity Cost". Today's contestant is Marisa. Say hi to the crowd!

Ok now we're good. Thanks for having a smile on as always! *rolls eyes* So contestant, today's Opportunity Cost game has to do with your idol. Now supposedly it's a 50/50 shot that the light side alliance of me, Kat, Eliza, Julia, and Caleb get this vote correct. But I thiiiink the game can provide a little clarity here. You see, based on simple economics, the joy of saving yourself with an earned idol is outweighed by the potential pain from giving away an idol only to be voted out. This is why I believe Marisa will be using it on herself tonight. My allies aren't as sold, so I'll give preference to them.

There's also the not-so-subtle moves of James and Spencer. James, who I fully believe is faking being Kat and I's ally, has told us that 100% without a doubt Marisa is playing the idol on herself. Add in Spencer's secret brag that he has 150 ukiyo points, and he's trying to be sneaky about pulling the target on himself. These are all reasons to vote Marisa!

In the end, we will agree on a unified decision, and even if we are wrong, it sounds like Caleb will be the boot.
