Hey guys! Still here!
It appears that my severe fear and paranoia was unfounded...at least when it came down to the votes. Hopefully, I made some inroads with Gervase and Brad, particularly Brad, that will help out later in the game. Matty went home, which is fine. I had to pretend that I cared more than I actually did. I mean, I wanted him to stay in the game more than some other people, but I really only wanted myself to survive. So Matty going home was a good thing. I barely had a relationship with him. I'm sure that he was close with others. It also hurt the original Sakai's a little bit. Caleb was super pissed, and so I jumped in front of it and really laid on the sadness and sympathy. As a result, I might actually be closer to Caleb. Weird.
So, what comes now? Well, if we later..I am in a good spot. I have an alliance from the start of the game with Spencer and Marisa, that I know that I can lean on. I've also kept close to Fairplay.
I also have an alliance with Kat, Sydney, Eliza, and Jefra. So there are places to play within those relationships that might get me super far into the game.
That's if we merge.
If we don't merge, then I am stuck on a tribe with Brad, Gervase, and Dana. I am in a lot more trouble in this situation. If I'm stuck here, then I need to continue stoking the friendship with Brad and Gervase so that if we do go to tribal, they'll want to keep me over Dana. That seems to be my only play if I stay on the NuNu
Ki tribe.
But, there is also the possibility that Matty might give me the shogun position if he leaves the game. I'm not sure that it is still in effect, but I really hope so. If this happens...if Matty gives me the shogun...and if there is a mutiny available, I am seriously considering using it to jump off this tribe. I have friends on both of the other tribes, and think that I would be better off. I would just have to consider which would be the best for me if I did have to go to tribal one or two times. I have 80 bounty points, so I can afford to spend big if I do get to go...so, we'll just have to see what's there.
There's a lot of question marks right now. We'll find out soon what's coming next...and I'm excited to take the next step in the game.
Oh, also if we merge, my new avatar will premiere! I added fireworks as a way to celebrate making the jury part of the game! Still excited to have survived!!!
