An actual in-game pic of Sydney here. Shocking, yes, but that is because for the first time in Japan I am actually down to play Survivor!
The first few rounds of this game was all about survival. Going to two tribals on a tribe of six is no joke! Fortunately I put on my cute little model face and trotted out rainbows and puppies which I used to pleasure my fellow Ozato ladies. This is all figurative, of course, despite Dana's wishes ;)
So now that I'm on this new tribe and we face a certain tribal council, It's time to step things up a tad. I am already making solid connections with many of the new mountaineers that I've met, most notably Eliza, Jefra, and James. The first two are key because they came from the same original tribe, and while they never had to vote somebody off, one has to imagine that two talkative people (which they both are to me) would also be talking together. Last night, after coming out of my delirious, three-day, 102 degree fever, I got the common sense to start approaching these two to form a pact. No I wasn't ultra aggressive about it, I worked it into convos like hours after they started. Eliza said she was extremely down to team with me and that she hasn't had anything solid with anybody. Works for me! I ask her if she likes Kat, and she says Kat would be a nice fourth person, and I'm stoked. Eliza goes into a movie so our convo ended there for the night.
Talking with Jefra she also seemed happy to get on board with this plan. Obviously I encouraged her to chat with Eliza to make sure she is happy with it too. I had been telling everyone since the swap that i absolutely HATED intense strategy talk, and so I kinda had to keep my convo a bit watered-down but that's ok. Jefra is a sweetie, and while I feel like she could be fake, I have a feeling she will stay by my side at least in this tribe.
There is also my boy James who is as sweet as a peach. And as giant as one ;) I'm not sure how much clout he has in this game, but he is definitely a straight-shooter, and I think he can tell I'm the same way. On this tribe the only other person he came here with is Michele, and she's been prettttty quiet. It's the weekend tho so I can't totally blame her. And hey, if she ends up getting booted leaving me both closer to James (assuming he would agree to it) and richer in bounty points, well good for me!
I'm interested to see what the twist is for the immunity winners. Tribe captains? Jefra read the all-stars version and it sounds like everyone made a list before the challenge? We wern't asked to do that so throw it off the table. I say it's tribe captains and the one not picked goes to Ukiyo and joins the losers after their tribal. Not a creative pick, but I'm only here to be a pretty face ;)

What a frickin lulsy conversation I just had with Reynold aka the dumbest contestant this series has ever seen. Keep in mind this comes from THE FIRST CONVERSATION i've had with this guy.

HOLY TOLEDO is this guy dumber than a bag of rocks?? Soooooo painful talking to him, and honestly even though I'm in chats with the Aso men to vote out one of the original Ki (they want James but I wouldn't vote my buddy out), but honestly they are all such deplorable personalities that I'd rather increase the coast's deficit to mountains than put up with them. We'll see what happens.
