The swap arrived, and it was expectedly unexpected. We had to split our 3 Girls + Caleb alliance over the two tribes, so Brad, Eliza and I were exiled. Caleb got really sad about this because apparently we had agreed that we'd never ever ever depart from each other's arms, which I don't exactly remember. It wasn't fun to have to leave Caleb anyway, since he most likely has the idol and a tribe without him is more unsafe than not. Hopefully Julia will be able to keep him calm.

So my new tribemates are James, Michele, Butch, Gervase, Reynold, Sydney and Kat. Let's see:

- James seems generally nice and really eager to work with us. Maybe too eager. Might be overcompensating, we'll have to see.
- Michele... I haven't talked to her since we got together but I had the impression that she's super super nice, so I want to keep in touch with her.
- Butch is hard to peg down. He's kind of snarky, but fun nonetheless, and he seems pretty much in character. He's clearly a smart guy, but he was also pretty open to commenting internal stuff about his former tribe. Maybe all he said was a load of crap, though.
- Gervase: Eliza said she didn't like him, but I don't really have a problem with him. He seemed very to the point, which I appreciate in this world of lols and omgs.
- Reynold is apparently very flirty, but he hasn't tried that with me yet. He has told me a very lengthy, unfinished story of himself getting high on a weed muffin in Amsterdam, my fake town, but it was interrupted by the challenge. I'm looking forward to listening to the end of that.
- Sydney is pretty cool, she reminds me of Eliza a bit. She seems to be happy to be on this tribe and wants the faction lines to not matter, because we're all blue now. I'd be okay with that if we didn't have a majority too. Who knows what's going to happen next anyway.
- Kat is the big one, in the sense that she felt unsafe with Ozato and is now looking for new alliances. Is she lying to us completely? I can't tell. It's not like we're going to be completely true to her until we make sure she meant it, but it does make her more or less untouchable so far.

Finally, I'm a shogun, and if the challenge goes well (and I think it will, whether the Sakais throw it as they said they would or not), I'll be there at tribal with the Sakais. Surprisingly I was met with no opposition for the shogunate, so I'll reward my tribemates with the juicy secrets I learn at tribal. The ones I feel like telling them at least. I think I have to catch up on the dynamics of the other tribes, because that could be key for finding cracks and detecting targets.

It also means that I must give somebody immunity, which makes me nervous. Caleb wants it, and will he ever forgive me if I don't give it to him? Yet it also reveals our alliance, no matter how flimsy it is. I'd rather give it to Spencer to be honest, or somebody like that. If it all works out it shouldn't really matter, since there's 6 mountains and 4 coasts. I'll figure it out eventually I hope.
