Again, we kicked an inordinate amount of ass. We got more than twice the points of all the other tribes combined. Things couldn't go better for us (cue swap cause ofc).

So the topic of the day is the idol that my alliance (or my alliance + Caleb) has secured. Like a televangelist, Caleb promised us salvation if we paid a small fee, so we all gave him 10 points and he purchased an idol. Got the numbers, got the idol, got the winningest tribe. It can't get a lot better than this.

The problem, of course, is that Caleb is at the bottom of the alliance, yet he's the one in possession of the idol. We're not going to blindside him unless it's absolutely necessary, of course, but it's still an issue. Come the swap, maybe the idol will change hands to protect those in need, and then it'll be a whole different ballgame. But let's not think too far ahead.

Caleb will show us the idol when there's an image for it, since he claims (and Woo more or less confirmed it) that he got it so fast it caught the hosts by surprise, so they hadn't made an idol yet. Seemed fishy at first but I guess we'll have to wait. If he didn't get it, Julia is our next shogun so we won't have to wait too long to know.

...Aaand wouldn't you know, apparently Caleb received the idol graphic just now.



It's small and looks maybe kind of hastily done, but it makes sense regarding what Woo said. And it has a transparent background so I'll have to believe Caleb.
