to be completely honest I thought those little symbols underneath our names were indicative or tribal arrangements but I couldn't translate them anywhere on google because I'm too white :(

I'm trying to figure out why tribes were divided the way they were.

Like, one tribe has a female and then a BUNCH of males and then our tribe has 5 females and 1 male. I get that this is alias and most of us are just gay boys behind the screen, (or Pocket-Pussy-Curious in Woo's case), but most of us submitted male AND female options so if this was random tribe designations I feel like the hosts would like the tribes to look gender-balanced at the start. It wouldn't be a big deal to shuffle the people around until it was gender-equal. Which makes me feel like these tribes were made for a reason maybe? Like it wasn't randomly generated?

I tried to look up the application to see what questions we were asked, but it closed :( like is this going to be kind of like recent survivor seasons where tribes always seem to seperated based on some kind of common trait? (BvBvB, White collars vs blue vs no, etc.).

I'm trying to research the tribe names to see if they are indicative of anything. Ozato is some old city in Japan that was merged into a new city. Aso is a series of volcanic mountains in Japan. Sakai is a current city. And Ki could be any amount of things, although the most common thing I can find is that it's the grammatical cross between a chinese/japanese letter. Could the Ki tribe be full of half-asians IRL?

I know I didn't get to the bottom of the green/pink symbol mystery, but this time, Nancy Drew is not going to stop until she solves the case

That bitch Chelsea thinks she can tell ME what I can and can't put on my avatar? I'm the second coming of Nancy-fucking-Drew. I solve crimes for a LIVING. Yeah, I was wrong about the color-changing symbols. But this whole tribe division nonsense? That girl knows something and she won't tell me. Luckily I've cracked tougher cases than this, like that time I went undercover on Dr. Drew and posed as a drug-addled pin-up model just to investigate a serious FBI case.

And now that my stint on Dr. Drew is over, the FBI sent me here to uncover one of the most insidious cases plaguing the United States of America today. Somebody in this cast is going to be brought to justice, and I'm going to be the one who does it. I can't say too many details about the case now, but as the rounds unfold I'm certain I'll begin to uncover clues which will help me put together the whole story. And if I can take out my perp before the Final Tribal Council and prevent them from winning a million dollars to fund their terrorist schemes... then I'll be a national hero.

I told Sydney that she was my bounty target. In a tribe this small, it won't take long for the targets to come out. And if I tell her AS SOON AS I learn, I feel like it will increase trust. Here's the following message I sent her:

"Oh and not to make this awkward at all, but I just checked my confessional and they assigned "bounty's" and I was randomly assigned you. I just wanted to let you know right off the bat my bounty result because I'm not the kind of person who goes out of my way to get people eliminated just so I can get individual rewards. I usually hate talking 'strategy" this early because this game is way more about getting to know people and building up relationships, but I wanted to let you know so you don't get paranoid or anything :)

(And this isn't me like trying to force alliances or anything, that never works out this early, but just trying to be straight-up and honest because I know I would appreciate it if somebody did the same for me about letting me know they have my bounty, just so I wouldn't have to be paranoid about it. I have no intention of playing into that particular twist, I'm much more about building up a cohesive, strong tribal unit and my votes will reflect that, regardless of individual benefits to my game because it's way too early to be playing like that)

I hope I phrased that in a way that doesn't make it awkward. Basically, I'm not really interested in playing into twists that try to turn tribes against each other, because I think the tribes that are successful in the end are the ones who refuse to do so :)"

And I honestly mean what I say. If Sydney ends up being kind of inactive or abrasive, and it makes sense for our tribe to get rid of her, then that's great for me. But if she ends up being active and fun and a trustworthy ally, then I'm not going to target her just to get an individual award. That'd be stupid.

Tom is new to mainstream ORG's and it shows. He's played on Reddit before, which I think moves a lot more quick-paced. He's already trying to talk strategy when half of our tribe hasn't even been online yet. I used to be like that though, so I understand. I like Tom and he seems to trust me so far and we've been having good in-depth conversations about our philosophies on gameplay, so as long as I can keep him reigned in I think he could be a good ally.

Kat's a sweetheart. Apparenlty she's graduating high school and is terrifyed about leaving all her friends behind to go to college, and I literally work as a college recruiter who mentors high school seniors to get them prepared for college, so I love talking to her about it.

Dana and Alexis haven't been online yet.

Like I said, in a tribe this small pretty soon everyone will know targets. I already know the ones above.

These are actually the only two options, now that I know Mine/Toms/Sydneys targets.
