I won immunity! Kate and I took first and second respectively in the glorified popularity contest that was the first individual challenge, and we were both granted safety at tribal council. I think I might have gotten a little bit power hungry with immunity, since instead of the easy vote that everyone was in line for (John), I went around and orchestrated a blindside (Brandon). Brandon and I started talking right when the merge hit, and he apologized for last game and how things went, and it was really fun talking to him. But his own original tribe was wary of him, and while our nongame talk was great, I wasn't sure what was real and what was fake. It's hard to trust someone again after they call you the "biggest bitch of the season" less than a month prior. So he's gone. Funniest part? He's convinced it's John that voted him out and orchestrated it- it was me, with Kate and RJ helping. When he reads this, I'm sorry, B-Clark.

But Brandon knew he was going home. Eric, the one person I was nervous to tell about the plan, went and said something to him! I knew they were friends outside and hosted an ORG game together, so I originally thought it might be best to blindside Eric along with Brandon and just not tell him. But I didn't want to lose the trust of someone I've been with from day 1 in this game. Not yet. It's too soon for that. So I told him, and he went and did exactly what I was nervous about. I guess it's fair- if it were Kate, Jmoney, or Anteater, I'd probably tell them, too. But I'd deny the source- Eric told me he told Brandon! So I mentioned to a few people- RJ, Stacey, and Kate specifically, that I was annoyed that it wasn't a blindside. I joked that Eric could be next. Apparently, the joke wasn't very clear, because everyone thinks I hate Eric now. I'm worried I overplayed- I really don't want to go home next because I got power hungry, because every game I play, that's what ends up happening. I'm hoping to either win this challenge or just lie low for a while, go with the group and vote whoever the fuck they want. If people think I'm getting controlling or trying to run shit, that's when I'll go home- it always is. And I'm not planning on going home without the title of Sole Survivor this time.
