First off, congratulations to Eric and Kate.

Here's how the Final Tribal Council will work. Eric and Kate, please post a brief opening statement. Jurors, you may begin posting questions or statements afterwards, in separate threads. Please do not make your questions too complicated or too lengthy. Once you are satisfied with their answers, please let us know in the thread and we will close the topic. Closing statements will end the FTC.

You may begin voting whenever you like -- but you may not change your vote. Use a parchment, please.

Kate won't be able to make it for a Thursday night vote reveal/reunion, so we'll have to figure something else out. Likely over the weekend. Head over to the Reunion Scheduling thread in The Factory if you've had any change of plans and keep your eyes peeled for an update.
