But yeah it's a good thing Jacob has been controlling the game so well that they might get away with it. XD The good gameplay on J-Moneys part will hopefully outweigh the bad gameplay by Kate. Still, I love how Kate's mouth has somehow become the #1 threat for both Jacob and Eric's games.

Also poor Anthony losing both Lindsay and his contender edgic status :( It's been a tough round for him. BUT I STILL HAVE HOPE <3

Ahh interesting. Weird that Jacob of all people would not pick up on that. He did mention possibly ditching Kate down the road since she's a liability, though I'm not sure he will actually do that as he only mentioned it in passing.

EDIT: And Kate did end up giving in and let him boot Lindsay.

Because its final 6 (even numbers) and Spencer is a huge immunity threat I think it's still most likely that Spencer goes (and I may also be overreacting) but Im soooooooo happy to see Jacob's power threatened for once! A) I'm rooting for Anthony (bestie) Thomas (future bestie) and Spencer (pick em bestie) b) if this happens and Jacob goes, this whole game is flipped upside down c) even if Jacob stays, his game seems a lot better because it makes the season more memorable and looks like he overcame legit threats.

Normally I think there wouldn't be a good chance of this happening because everyone hates tie breakers BUT both Thomas and Anthony seem to realize they haven't done much in the eyes of the jury. They may be willing to make a big move because they seem to know they're the next two to go on most people's hit lists, and they both want to make a gamechanging move on their resumes if they get to the end. Go big or go home. And, of course, Spencer is a dead man walking without immunity so he'll go along with it.

Jacob's been doing a great job of shutting things down so far, so I don't think it'd be a stretch if he diffused this too. But it is the most credible threat he's faced, and I completely agree with you that if he goes home it will be due to sending Lindsay home one round too early (which wasn't his original plan, but still). I also think he underestimated Anthony by a lot, and Thomas and Spencer to a degree as well. Also Kate running her mouth about her and Eric to Anthony is keeping Eric out of the plans so J-Money doesn't know the full story this time and, therefore, makes it a lot harder for him to diffuse.

As for rock drawing, for Anthony I don't think it'd be so much that he needs Spencer around as opposed to he needs to get one of the other three out. He seems to be seeing the writing on the wall even if Spencer is the target this time. It wouldnt be a stretch to deduce that its a better risk to draw rocks and have a good path to ftc/win than it'd be to take the risk to let Spencer go and hope that one of the three changes their minds next round to spare him. In addition, I'm not entirely sure Kate/Eric (especially Eric) would both risk taking rocks for Jacob, especially if the tie came as a complete surprise to them.

Again, I'm not sure Anthony and Thomas have completely decided on this yet so this is all fanfiction. But I'm just happy to see something happening.

One last point about Anthony trusting J-Money. While he definitely had too much trust in Jacob/Kate, I think a lot of it came from Lindsay's constant reassurances that they were solid. I maintain that Anthony is usually pretty solid in terms of strategy, but he allows himself to get blindly loyal (in this case to Lindsay) and will trust them enough to accept their observations even if they don't entirely match his own. This led to him to become blindly loyal to Jacob/Kate as well, which was obviously a terrible mistake. While this makes him a great ally, it also screws him over unless he's allied with the right people. On the plus side, it means he tends to play his best when he's a free agent so I still have hope he'll be able to make something work.

Although I think J-Money is playing an amazing game and it'd be devastating to watch it crumble at the last second for him (as a player, thats my absolute worst nightmare) Im rooting for an Anthony win because the path would be a lot more interesting.

I love your novels. About the last part, I agree, and I'd toss Thomas's name into the mix as well for someone I'd enjoy winning even if it meant Jacob's awesome game being sacrificed. Thomas has been tossed to the side a few times, so him coming out on top in his first game would be incredible. Plus, with his sappy confessionals, it'd make for a great story IMO. I don't think the best player in the game would be winning in that case, BUT I do not have a problem with that -- I'm a sucker for sentimental/entertaining players defying the odds over true gamers.

Agreed, a Thomas win would be fantastic! Sometimes a player like Thomas should win over someone like Jacob because it mixes it up, and makes people aware that people can still be threats even if they're not the traditional threat type player.

Also I request this forum be renamed once again to "Steve and Elise Agree On Things". Seems more accurate.

I try not to rely on first impressions for RPDR too much, but everyone but Katya Zamolodchikova can GET THE FUCK OUT.

I love Katya! She's is giving me vaguely Willam vibes. In a good way.

Maybe I'm just optimistic because I love Willam <3



Also love that she chose the hot mess that is Laganja as her favorite queen <3 I can only hope someone gives as much TV gold as Laganja did in Untucked last season.



Never really know how good these queens really are until the first episode or so comes out though. Except for Bianca. I called that as soon as I saw her intro <3



I'm gonna miss Bianca so much.

One last thing, in order to pretend this post is somehow relevant to SC, congrats to Thomas for winning immunity!

Yeah I agree that it does sound like she wants to take out Jacob soonish, but that's definitely not very reassuring if you are Anthony. Last I saw he told her he'd be willing to work with her 100% and she just said she'd sleep on it (which she admitted might be a mistake). Like Dylan said, I think if it is her plan to take out Jacob next round she needs to tell Anthony now so he doesn't stir shit up. However, I'm not entirely sure she's decided on taking Jacob out (or at least not before Anthony leaves) hence the wishy washiness.

Im looking forward to see how this round pans out. It could be one of the more interesting ones.

Jacob is seeming more and more vulnerable. Everyone knows he's running the show, and if they can get him or Kate out, that alliance just got knocked down so far. Honestly, why the fuck does Eric want to go with them? Is he really THAT oblivious to the fact that unless he grows a pair now, he has NO CHANCE of beating the king and queen of this season?

^^^ That's why I think Spencer (and Thomas) would benefit from trying to knock out Kate/Jacob now instead of laying back and getting rid of Anthony. Eric is very solid with both Kate and Jacob (and probably assumes both would take him to the end) and doesn't seem to realize that it'd be hard to beat either of them in the FTC. Even if Spencer has Thomas (which Jacob is wary of their friendship and, in addition to Spencer's challenge wins, is painting a big target on him) it'll be too late by next round unless they can split up those three. But we are getting down to the wire, if Spencer can survive this round and win his way to the FTC he has a good chance of winning votes due to the underdog story.

....And Spencer is gone :(

I think he lost any hope of staying as soon as he tried to throw Anthony (aka the person who would have potentially had to draw rocks for him) under the bus to Jacob, and it backfired.
