Ugh, I haven't been posting many confessionals recently, I'm so busy. I'll try to make this to the point, but I have a lot to say.

So last tribal was HUGE for me because I survived the merge vote and I'm in the majority. I'm in the majority alliance. That vote pretty much determines how you're going to be playing for a lot of the rest of the game. If you end up in the minority, it's gonna be a lot of trying to save yourself and being a pawn. If you're in the majority, you're in the position to make moves and position yourself to win. I'm trying to look ahead, but also not get too far ahead of myself.

The 6-5 split worked out well for me I think. Because now it's 6-4, so you would need 2 people to flip to make anything happen. And I'm relatively confident that we're gonna stay 6 strong for this vote. I'm starting to see similarities between this season and Cagayan actually. Or at least, I'm thinking it would be useful for me to play a bit like what happened after the Cagayan merge. You had a 6 person alliance and 4 people on the outs. In terms of keeping numbers, it makes sense to stay together and vote out one of the 4. And I think at the time a lot of people thought it was stupid for them to vote out Morgan, myself included. But looking back it was actually really smart. If they had taken out a threat like Tasha, Morgan would've eventually become a swing vote because everyone would want to take her to the end as a goat. Tony kept around threats like Tasha and Spencer because he could unite his alliance to get one of them out even after leaving Trish or Jefra or Kass out of a blindside. So even though by making moves, Tony was making himself a threat, he always kept around people that could be perceived as bigger threats.

I don't think it's really a question who the Morgan is this season. It's Sue. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if all the PWs are rooting for her since she is definitely a great scrappy underdog. And it's not really her fault either. At some point, people hating Sue just became something that everyone accepts, even if it's not really true. She's almost like the Sierra Reed of this season actually. Everyone turned on her early on, and eventually she has no shot at winning simply because everyone uses her as a scapegoat and an easy target. Perception is reality in this game and the perception of Sue is that she can't win. Therefore, she can't. It's kind of a paradox, but that's just how it is. The longer Sue stays in this game, the more enticing she becomes as an option for a goat. And when it comes to that point, she is going to want nothing more than to get revenge on me and Sierra. So I've kinda been planting the seeds of that in Sierra, Garrett, and Kelley and I think they're taking the bait.

I feel very good about my relationship with Kelley, Sierra, and Garrett. Austin and Yve on the other hand I'm worried about. They're both very well-liked. I could see Austin convincing Yve to get me out, so he is definitely near the top of my list to get out after this round. He's like the LJ to my Tony. I have no reason to get him out other than that I'm really threatened by him. He's in the majority and hasn't made any enemies. I think there's something to be salvaged with Caryn, Rory, or Monica, but with Sue, she will always be against me. So if everything goes my way it will be Sue this round and Austin next. I'm trying to keep my cards close to my chest and not be too aggressive about anything. I'm trying not to make myself the biggest threat right now. But I'm going into tribal tonight nervous. I'm nervous every time. Because I know people would be smart to get rid of me. This might actually be the most nervous I've been about it possibly being me. Hopefully I'm not perceieved as too big of a threat.

Unfortunately Garrett really wants to get Rory out, so I'm probably just gonna have to go with that. I'm kiiiiinda entertaining the idea of bringing in Caryn and Rory to vote out Sue with Sierra and Kelley.....but that would just be ridiculously stupid. It's more like I'm just trying to think of every possible scenario. I'm gonna have to work around Sue still being in the game though, she's a major roadblock to the end. It's actually pretty ironic. The fact that people see her as such a nonentity has made her one of the biggest threats to make it to the end. But...yeah. I'll have to figure it out.

Rory absolutely dug his own grave here. The way he's attacking Garrett right now is just so stupid. It ruined any small glimmer of hope that he had.
