I am getting the feeling that I am being roped in for a long con or something by Rory, Caryn and Sue. They are 3. Who can join up with Rob and Kelley making it 5/12 after tonight. The only opposition to that side is Sierra's emotional soldiers consisting of Erik, Garett and Katie. The rest of us from Marehemu i.e. Monica, Yve, Austin and I can choose to swing either way. At least that is how I see it. Though Rory always tries and makes me feel like I am his #1. I gotta consider the possibility that he has been playing me. I mean it's not hard to put up the "dudebro" persona. I am doing it to him too. I gotta weigh my options and judge if it actually makes sense to take out Katie. I think it does because it weakens Sierra's soldiers and she becomes more dependent on me. It's clear that Sierra is the player to beat right now. She has the Kim move on her resume and has been great in building bonds with people. She will draw all the attention at the merge. The trick here is to gain her trust back after taking out one of the people she is close to. And this coming on the heels of the Vytas vote will really wear on her. Its a risk that I will take because we definitely need each other at the merge to take on "Rob's Army". I just need to make sure she sees that as well. But right now ousting Katie might just be the best course of action. It also takes heat off of the original Marehemu if anyone is thinking about blues sticking together or w/e.

Something doesn't feel quite right. I have positive confirmations from Monica, Caryn and Sue that they want to vote Katie. Katie talked to me for a bit but strictly non-game stuff. Sierra hasn't talked to me AT ALL today which is very very suspect. Erik is a little busy. No. Something is off. Worst case scenario is Sierra got Sue on her side (somehow) and told her to fake me out with a proposition to vote Katie seeing if I would report back to Sierra. A test of loyalty or sth like that. It's far far fetched but it's still within the realm of possibility. Will likely know more as the day progresses.

I contemplated throwing away my vote onto Erik to force a 3-3-1 just so I could have 24 more hours to make up my mind. But mehhhh. Screw it. Let the chips fall where they may.

Got a LOT of hate from Sierra. I mean I had it coming. I lied to her and took out someone she was really close to. I tried to make her believe that she and I need each other moving forward. I proposed that if we lose again, Erik, Monica, she and I can take out Caryn or Sue. Preferably Caryn cause I have lived through the horror of having to contend with IC runs twice now, both times resulting in me getting 4th place when I had a legitimate shot at winning. I really rather not have to deal with that again. Erik seemed remarkably cool about all this. Heck he even showed me a convo he had with Sierra where Erik suggested Katie as a boot option. :o DAMN. Huge error in judgement on my part. Good to know tho that Erik is chill and wants to keep working with me. I have Monica on board 100% at this point. I had a decent convo with Austin as well. He said he was really upset because he adored Katie. I apologized to him and told him that he and I can have open lines of communication and work together at the merge. He seemed receptive to it which is good for now. I really really need Sierra though. I need her on my side for there to be a good long term plan in place. I don't wanna have to be pleading my case to Rob, Kelley, Caryn, Sue. But if I don't have Sierra, I may have to. Here's hoping she calms down soon and we can work together moving forward.

Not entirely thrilled about winning immunity tbh. Worried that either Garett or Yve goes home. That would be bad for me long run. Hopefully I can figure something out. Would have been much easier had we lost and I could take out Caryn before the merge. Well. maybe we won't merge at 11 and I will have another shot. Here's hoping.

I was way way off about my perception of what will happen at the merge. As of now, I am in a good spot. Caryn feels most in the hot seat because of the "challenge threat" label. I have "watch you back" deals with Erik, Rory and a loose one with Austin, I have Monica and Yve on my side, I have a good connection with Sierra although I reckon she is still pretty mad at me, Sue and Kelley are wild cards to an extent but I have an ok rapport with Sue, Garett is 100% with Sierra. This merge is very manageable for me as of now.

Congrats on making the merge! Just a few questions now that we're at a turning point. 1. Who is your closest ally? Do you plan to go to the end with them? 2. Who would you say is the biggest overall threat remaining? Strategic? Social? Physical? 3. Who do you want out next? 4. What's your strategy from here on out? Will it differ from how you've played so far? 5. Which cast members do you think deserve to make All Stars? Why? 6. If you had to give yourself a title based on your gameplay until this point, what would it be?

1. I keep debating between Monica and Yve. Both are sweet and yeah I would love to go to the end with both or either. Not sure how I am gonna do that.
2. I think Rory has put himself in a great spot. Especially with Sierra's numbers dwindling. Caryn is still biggest physical threat.

4. I am going to try and sit back. Let Rory or Sierra call the shots. And just be open with whoever asks me. It will probably end up pissing people off and lead to an unwanted idol play. But eh. I am just gonna wing it.
5. Sierra. her game pre-merge was really good. And the Kim blindside was totally her move.
6. "Severus". A prince who almost died(??) and now has to kill people he likes for the greater good?? IDK. I just wanted to put in a Harry Potter reference.

It's really really quiet. I don't like that. Not. One. bit.

If this vote actually goes through it will have been one of the if not THE easiest merge votes I have ever been a part of. The only other easy one that I can think of was when I was voted out as merge boot in a game I was half-assing. And even that one had some element of last minute shuffling that I was made aware of post game. So yeah. This is uncharacteristically smooth for a merge vote.
