1. Were you surprised by the vote? Did you think you were in that much danger?
I mean, I knew that Stephen and Sue would probably vote for me. But I was definitely surprised that I was voted off... I didn't think that Stephen would be able to get a majority together.
2. You called out one person in particular for making a poor move. Who were you talking about? Why do you think it was a poor move for them?
I was referring there to Monica. There was an alliance between Austin, Yve, Monica, and me, from original Marehemu, that I thought would keep her from voting for me. Again, clearly I was wrong. The reason I think it was a poor move for her is that Austin and Yve are still allied with each other, and they'll be particularly gunning for her. Honestly, I just don't think she's that good at Survivor. She's still really new, so she believes what people tell her.
3. Why do you think you were targeted? Do you think it was a mistake?
I was targeted because I told Kim she was being targeted by Sierra. While Sierra and I made up, apparently Stephen used it as ammunition to convince the others on my tribe (Sierra, Erik, and I voted together) to vote for me. He just wanted to get more control over Sierra, I think, and wanted her to rely on him more.
4. Who are you rooting for? Against?
I am definitely rooting for Sierra, Erik, Austin, and Yve. They're all good people, and I think we'll all stay friends with each other after this. I'm rooting against Stephen and Monica, because I think they're terrible strategists and I'm still really mad that they voted me off.
5. What would you have done differently with this vote, if anything?
Nothing this vote, but I wouldn't have told Kim about Sierra's plans. Kim and I were close in the game, but I should have probably been a little more self-preservation minded.
6. Any final comments?
Um... I had a great time! Thanks so much for casting me in this series! I'm incredibly disappointed I couldn't do better than this, but I learned a lot and had a good time. | | |
