Tribal Council #6 - Kushangaza
You cannot vote for Caryn tonight
Welcome! A few questions for everyone:
Questions:
Sierra: Second tribe swap! How do you feel about this new tribe?
Erik: We're in the next stage of the game now. Are you gonna miss the joint Tribal Council format?
Stephen: You gave a good performance in the challenge tonight. Is this enough to keep you safe from the vote, or are we passed the point of keeping around good competitors?
Katie: Besides immune Caryn, you're the only one here who wasn't involved in the past two group Tribal Councils. Do you think that hurts you here, benefits you, or neither?
Sue: There's just thirteen of you left now. Are these votes based on challenge strength, social bonds, or starting to set yourself up for the inevitable merge?
Monica: The past two Tribal Councils were pretty hectic. Do you expect tonight to be any different, or more of the same?
Caryn: Congrats on Immunity! This is your first Tribal Council. Are you excited to finally be apart of one? Do you somehow feel at a disadvantage for being away from so many?
VOTES ARE DUE AT MIDNIGHT
Be sure to vote in the Voting History thread provided to you in your confessionals. You have ~24 hours to do so. Any vote after ~24 hours will not count, and if all the votes are in, we reserve the right to post results early. Be sure to leave a bootlist to prevent self voting. Also make sure you answer these questions and have some confessionals for this round!

I think social bonds combined with setting ourselves up for merge. Challenge strength at this point in the game isn't that important. I'm more inclined to vote for someone I don't like rather than someone who is really good at flash games or whatever.

Personally I thought I did a bad job with a missed move here and a missed deadline there. I hope the tribe can look past that and keep me around because I gave it a solid effort.

Caryn: Congrats on Immunity!
ty
This is your first Tribal Council.
:(
Are you excited to finally be apart of one?
You bet I am. As great as it feels to be immune, I didn't join this game so that I could just coast by and do puzzles for a month. Challenges are great, but the game is voting people out, and I feel like I'm finally getting a chance to do that here in round 6. Brob and Kelley don't know what they're missing.
Do you somehow feel at a disadvantage for being away from so many?
Oh of course. People have made bonds. Everyone here has gotten to test and demonstrate loyalties through votes already. They've gotten to see firsthand how just about everybody here responds when push comes to shove. This is my first chance to show what type of player Caryn Groedel really is, and I hope I can show the rest of the tribe that it's somebody who is a valuable member of your team. :)

Oh, thanks for pointing THAT out! No, but seriously I think it's pretty much neither. I've got good bonds with people on this tribe, I think, and I've done my best to stay as present as possible socially while I haven't had to go to tribal. I'm hoping that that's not the reason I go home tonight if I do go home, but I'm a little nervous about it.

Monica: The past two Tribal Councils were pretty hectic. Do you expect tonight to be any different, or more of the same? |
I am expecting things to be a lot less hectic. I think part of the hectic nature of the past two tribals was that godawful twist of merging the two losing tribes together. It was 10 people! In round 4! It was like a pseudo-merge and a not-pseudo shitshow. I think I still have nightmares about it.
This time, now that it's just 7 people, and now everyone on this tribe fairly well (I'm sorry is there someone named Kelley in this game?).
So in conclusion: I think while the past two tribal councils have been "pretty hectic", this one will be just plain ol' pretty.
Thank you for your time.

No, because now it's another milestone that I've passed. I'm trying to take this game in baby steps and entering a new stage of the game is just another step. And there's no point looking back, you have to adapt to what you have now.
