WELL ... I had a super long conversation with Monica last night where we became best friends and did each other's nails and gossiped. She's a total peach, and I love her unconditionally now. She let me in on the secret that Fairplay and Fishbach are apparently on the outs with her tribe, which I have no problem with. Fairplay is dull and Fishbach is duller. She also told me that Austin says nice things about me which ... whoops. I can't help it if the dull and uninteresting see the light that is Caryn and swarm towards it like mosquitos to a bug zapper.
Sue told me that she has FOUR masks now, which ... holy crap. She's one mask away from an idol, and I'm gonna do everything in my power to help her get there, and I think she's gonna do everything in her power to help me get mine. Two bad bitches each with idols, the Serengeti surely is the Land of Opportunity.
I can't help but notice that I fit in more with the returnees than with the newbies. The newbies are all reserved and concerned with being liked, but I'd much rather hang out with the weirdos cracking jokes all the time. If it comes down to it, I would love for us four to be the four that assume power in this tribe. Sorry Erik and Kelley. These are my people.
