Come on in guys!
Your three tribes were formed last night. Let's take a look at them
Let's get to the first Immunity Challenge of the season! Tonight you're playing for...
Tribal Immunity! As long as your tribe has Immunity you cannot be voted out of the game. Tonight, two tribes will be immune, meaning one tribe will be heading to Tribal Council tomorrow. Let's get to the challenge.
The Maasai are the inhabitants of much of The Serengeti. When the men in the Maasai tribes are born, they are molded into warriors immediately as they attempt to survive through various trials, all leading up to their "coming of age". Through these tasks, the Maasai have become known for their fearsome reputations as warriors.
Tonight, your tribe will split into groups and run through tasks on your way to becoming true Maasai warriors. You'll split yourselves into three groups. A group of three, a group of two, and one person alone. Everyone must play a role in one group, no one can go twice.
Group of 3
This task will test your ability to work together under stressful situations, stay organized, and think logically.
The three of you will be assembling a puzzle on the board. In your tribe camp, you'll be given a handful of images that can be put together to form one larger image. You'll put them together by carefully lining up the [img] tags of each individual piece. Eventually, it'll form the full picture.
On this completed image will be a bunch of scrambled letters. These letters must be unscrambled to find a two word phrase. Once someone from your group of three posts the phrase, the post will filter into something letting you know that you've finished.
Group of 2
One of the earliest trials for a young Maasai warrior was to take down a full grown lion. Using teamwork, the two of you will attempt this.
When you're ready, make a thread in your tribe camp. The first person must post the following:
"[Name] distracts beast"
You'll post this 25 times in a row. Once you've finished that, your partner will immediately post the same thing 25 times in a row.
Then, you'll need to work in tandem to take the lion down. You'll alternate posting the following:
"[Name] shoots arrow"
Once one of you posts, the other posts right after, and so on. You cannot post back to back. Each of you will do this 50 times, meaning 100 posts total. Once you finish, one of you must post "[Name] defeats beast".
That's 151 posts total. Any post that's incorrect or out of order will result in a one minute penalty. Your time will stop once you make the final post.
Group of 1
The solo person who is chosen for this task will be gathering the classic Maasai weapons for your tribe. You will be given three images in a thread in your confessional. Each image is a table with many objects scattered about. It's up to you to sort through the many objects and count up the number of weapons on each table.
When you believe you have the right count, you'll post the count for all three tables at once (in one post). For every number that you're off, you'll be given a 1 minute penalty. You'll need to find the right balance between carefully taking your time while also fighting the clock.
At the end of the challenge, all three group's total times will be added up. The aim is to go as fast as possible. If one group did very poorly, the other two groups can attempt to pick up the slack and save time.
The TWO tribes to have the fastest times will win Immunity. The slowest overall tribe will be heading to Tribal Council tomorrow night, where they'll be voting the first person out of this game.
You have 24 hours. Split yourselves up however you'd like and contact us when you're ready.
Survivor's ready? GO! | |

Yup, each group goes separately. The times are added when the challenge is over.

Wasn't the coming of age for the Mesai people going to a hut, getting a circumcision, painting their face with the blood and hunting for 3 days before returning home
