Tribal Council #12 - Ng'ombe
Let's bring in the members of the Jury:
Stephen
Rory
Erik
And Sue and Kelley, voted out at the last Tribal Council.
You cannot vote for Sierra tonight.
Welcome! Time for some questions.
Questions:
Sierra: Congrats on Immunity! Are you keeping it? Do you feel you needed it tonight?
Austin: With just six left, are end game deals being made left and right? Or are things pretty clear cut and set in stone right now?
Caryn: I'll ask the obvious! This is your first round vulnerable, how nervous are you feeling because of that? Do you think you needed Immunity tonight?
Garrett: What are you basing your vote off of tonight?
Monica: With the finale nearing, are you changing your game at all with the Jury in mind?
Yve: What are you doing to ensure you're sitting at the final five?
Be sure to vote in the Voting History thread provided to you in your confessionals. You have ~24 hours to do so. Any vote after 24 hours will not count, and if all the votes are in, we reserve the right to post results early. Be sure to leave a bootlist to prevent self voting. Also make sure you answer these questions and have some confessionals for this round!

Monica: With the finale nearing, are you changing your game at all with the Jury in mind?
Yes, and no. It's hard to totally predict how a jury will react, and it's hard to predict how your future actions to get to the f2 will change the jury. I'm really just going to try to keep on the track that I was going on and hope it all works out in the end. I also feel like no one out of this 6 has a real advantage on the other of having friends in the jury or betraying people, etc.
One thing I would like to bring up is that Sierra called me a goat. I am wondering if people are going to start to throw accusations as ways of changing perceptions for other people. I am not trying to be a goat and I intend to make it to the end on my own achievements/gameplay.

Monica, that's the general sentiment here, let's be real. I wasn't shading you at all. you know that I have a bunch of fun with you, and you should also know that I'm direct with you about things. I talked to you about how your behaviour was making you look - I never went behind your back or tried to change anyone's perception. that's not what I'm like. I'd also like to "bring up" that despite the fact you've been acting all overly buddy with me for a while now, I know you've been trying to get rid of me, and from what I've heard, this round was no exception. THAT'S pretty shady.
with that, I'd like to answer Lex's questions with yes and yes

Caryn: I'll ask the obvious! This is your first round vulnerable, how nervous are you feeling because of that? Do you think you needed Immunity tonight?
To answer your first question: Nervous? Not at all. Nervous implies that I don't know what's about to happen to me. I'm a challenge threat that wouldn't be able to beat anybody in front of a jury because I literally haven't had to overcome the same obstacles as everyone else. I would think that I'm a veritable fountain of opportunity for somebody if they would just pull the trigger and TRUST me to help them. I would love it if just ONE person would realize the long term benefits of keeping me alive as a lead blocker in this game over the short term benefits of safety in this one vote, which would lead you straight into a buzzsaw at final five and four.
But there's nothing I can do. I can predict the future for some people, and they still won't buy what I'm selling until they follow me straight into Ponderosa. If I get voted out, I hope each and every person who votes for me and doesn't win this game realizes the huge blunder they made by ignoring what I had to offer them.
To answer your second question, Lex: Yes.

I'd assume so! We are so so close to the end, everybody has the end game in their minds whether they want to admit it or not. AND OF COURSE NOTHING IS SET IN STONE. Things are constantly shifting in this game, I'd never be confident enough to say things are set in stone. You'd be crazy to say so.

Garrett: What are you basing your vote off of tonight?
Another truly inspiring question <3 I am looking at both short and long term interests tonight, but in the end I'm just looking what's gonna benefit me, or the people I'm aligned with most. Is that vague enough?

Yve: What are you doing to ensure you're sitting at the final five?
Being on my toes socially and trying to keep my ears open for anything that could prove fatal for my game.
