1. Did you see this coming at all? Why do you think you were the vote?

I mean...to some extent I saw it coming. I think in like the final hour, I realized that there was definitely a strong possibility that it would be me. But for most of this round, no I didn't see it coming. I was the vote because of my stupidity basically. I was getting waaaay too sloppy. I knew Austin was playing a really good game and I was straight up just scared of him. I think he saw me as a threat as well. I tried approaching Kelley to tell her that, had we gone with the plan of staying 6 strong, she likely would have been the first one out. But she was very complacent with our position. I thought I had her convinced for awhile, during which time I told Caryn about the plan. Then when Kelley backed out, Caryn found out and would have been really stupid to not try to flip it on me. But I don't blame Kelley for not wanting to flip, this blindside is solely my own fault.

2. Who do you think voted against you? Do you think it was a good move for them?

Austin, Yve, Monica, Caryn, and Sue voted against me. I think it was a great move for all of them. I was trying to do the exact same thing to Austin. And now he has options, because he had very obvious reasons for voting me out. I was trying to vote him out. So he can almost certainly make amends with Sierra, Garrett, and Kelley. For Caryn...I don't see her lasting much longer, I think she's gonna be taken out for being a threat. But that move gives her at least some hope of that not happening. Same deal for Monica and Sue.

3. What would you have done differently in the game, if anything?

You know, I think a lot of people will say that I was playing way to hard. And I would not disagree. I was having fun, that's all I can say. I think I played a really great game up until this round. And this round I got a little too comfortable, a little too bold, and a little too lazy. So yeah, if I could redo this round, I'd definitely change some things. But I still would've gone after Austin. He was by far my biggest threat. I think I had a good shot at beating almost everyone other than him in a Final 2 or 3. I'd just have been a little more convincing with my argument to Sierra or Kelley.

4. Who are you rooting for? Who are you rooting against?

Well I've become great friends with Sierra and Garrett through this game, so of course I'm rooting for them. But at the same time......I don't think either of them are playing the greatest games. Sierra's way too emotional and Garrett, as you saw last round, burned bridges with Rory and might do the same thing with other people. So I'm rooting for them to go far, but not necessarily win.

The two people I'm rooting for to win are Austin and Kelley. Austin is playing such a good game right now, like it'll almost be satisfying to watch him steamroll over everyone if he can do it. Which I think he can. I'm definitely rooting for him. But if not him, I think Kelley is also playing a great under the radar game. And she's very likable, she has a good social game.

As for Caryn, Monica, and Sue...I don't think any of them are playing great games, but I don't have any ill feelings towards any of them. I mean, I have a feeling Sue will be less than...modest towards the people she just blindsided. I'd like to see her in the final tribal, because she's not been nice to me for most of this game. I don't think she understands why she's disliked.

Erik! I was rooting for you so hard! :( You played an AMAZING game for your first time around and above all you had fun which is all you can really ask for! Be proud :)

5. Had you survived the round, what would your plans have been for next round?

Well, the only way I would have survived this round was if Austin left. So if that happened, I would have had to apologize to Sierra and Garrett and Yve. And I think at least Sierra and Garrett would have been okay. And I could've convinced them to get out the challenge threat Caryn and their arch nemesis Sue next round. After that, I think I would've stuck with Sierra and Garrett, but I would've also had Kelley who I really trusted and who I'd been working with since day 1, rather than being forced to get rid of her at Final 6.

6. Out of everyone left, who do you think is playing the best game?
Austin by a mile. I'm realllllly pulling for him, because he's playing somewhat similar to how I was, or how I wanted to, but way better. An Austin win would be really satisfying. Kelley is playing the second best game I would say, but Austin is way ahead of the pack.
