JR, when you're trying to get someone on your side, it might be best not to call them a goat as a last ditched effort. We honestly didn't chat all that much, you were just associated with me via Betsy for the most part.

Jean-Robert from the very get-go was one of the people I was most scared of being on a tribe with. He came off as extremely smart and extremely savvy and I was scared as hell. I always felt like we would be able to work together though, and we did for a round, but it was through Betsy more than the two of us. When we were partnered together for the knight chess immunity challenge, I felt like we worked well together even though we didn't really talk until the last few moves of each round and eventually lost to Yul and Ken. I dunno if J.R. really put his best foot forward though as far as social interaction, or at least not how I expected him too from first impressions.

For a while, Jean-Robert was an enigma to me. I think that next to maybe Peter, he might have been the most dedicated to his own persona in this whole cast... and he was always so witty and self-referential about it too. I think that if he'd let his guard down just a little bit and opened more of himself up to people, he might have been able to turn things around in his hour of need. That, coupled with his intelligence, could have definitely won him this game if he had stuck around.

I felt like you put a wall up early in the game. You seemed to not let a lot of people in, which I totally understand. It seems like it's just your personality. As I talked to you more in the game you seem like a good guy. We had some goofy conversations about food. I don't think anybody can say anything bad about you though, you were always a nice guy and nobody ever really disliked you, I think you were just a victim of the numbers/dynamics of the time.
