This tribal council... literally helped me in more ways than one. I am officially done targeting Ken(dra) For the moment because... wait for it...

We're now in an alliance with J'Tia, Jonathan and Kelly. A live chat alliance. It's a thing. It's happening. It's for real. It's fabulous!

When Bill left, Betsy and J.R. and Yul came scrambling to me. Well mostly Betsy and Yul because J.R. has the personality of a dung beetle.

Betsy blew up this six person alliance that included J'Tia, Jonathan, Kelly, Ken, herself and J.R. without even a second pause to contemplate who she was blurting this out too.

So I told her, I was going to check this out. It's true, even if J'Tia is denying it. Kelly at least had something to say about it, and Ken confirmed it as well. Jonathan was surprisingly absent. A little while later, a group chat is made and I'm finally finding myself out of the minority into a majority alliance.

I have the best luck in the world. Ken said he had wanted to work with me, but that we had barely spoken and didn't hold it against me that we both kind of targeted each other this round. It didn't work out for either side and he excited to get to know me better. I'm excited too.

I filled him in on how Dadès worked. I mean, we had fun. And this merge has been stressful and completely NOT fun. And I'm ready to get back to having fun again. Like pulling people's legs and being snarky and having an all around good time while we take out the Serious Life Sucking Hobos out of this game.

J'Tia is already making plans to take out Kelly and Ken before the final five. But I don't think I'm going to go along with it. I know Kelly and Ken may try to bring in J.R. and Yul to break the old Dadès up further, but I'm not concerned that I will be the target by then. Because I'm hopefully going to develop extremely strong relationships with them in the mean time.

Alright so, so far so good. J.R. used his idol on himself. That leaves our way clear to vote Betsy out. Unless by some stroke of bad luck she has managed to find the hidden immunity idol, in which case I'm hoping she and her band of misfits target J'Tia and leave me alone.

I'm talking to Yul now, trying to keep away from vote talk for as long as possible and try and get him to, you know, like me so that he'll try and persuade his peeps not to target me if that is the plan.

I told Betsy outright I wasn't going to help her. She made her bed and now she can lie in it. And she's just full of lies so she can totally do whatever she wants, just as long as she's on the jury after this vote.

My concerns about Ken and Kelly turning the tables after this vote and voting me out aren't without a foundation either. J'Tia wastes no time in sharing convos where they mention me as a target. However, I let Ken know that I am more than willing to sacrifice Jonathan or J'Tia if it makes him feel more comfortable going forward. And I'm not lying when I say that either. I don't think I could beat either of them in a final TC situation and I'm trying to get a win out of this so if they've got to go to secure me a victory, they got to go.

But not before Betsy and her annoying note of death.
