Another confessional...

- Overall, this was a very quiet (and for that matter, peaceful) round. After what proved to be a little bit of a dramatic tribal council, we all came together and pretty much came to the consensus that the very last thing this tribe needs is another tribal council. We were all pretty much willing to sell out and do whatever it took to keep from going back. I think that's why you saw a really good overall team effort on our behalf. I must say, winning immunity felt very, very nice. And it went a long way in bringing our team back together. I thoroughly enjoyed watching everyone celebrate and boast about making the Final 18 - like that was some sort of accomplishment. I'm glad we all made it through, though.

- Going back to the challenge, I really liked this one because it was one that I've never really seen or thought about in a game like this before. It didn't require just spamming the board and there were no puzzles involved. All it demanded was creativity and teamwork. When I first read the challenge, I knew we probably had a little bit of an advantage just because our tribe just seems to be a little nuttier on the boards than the Dadès tribe. We're a bunch of goofballs over here. While I wasn't too excited about the theme we chose (I've never really been a big zombie fan), I did think we did a good job of giving everyone a slice of the responsibility. It could have been easy for someone to get lost in the shadows on this one, but it was definitely an overall team effort on our behalf. I also was pleased that I didn't hold us back in this one. With few resources to use for designing puppets and little background knowledge about zombie things, I was afraid this one was going to get ugly quickly for me. But I would like to think that I did a passable job this time around.

- Crystal leaving the game was definitely long overdue. I think both tribes recognized that, and I would be shocked to find out that their vote was anything less than unanimous. I can't help but entertain the idea of what could have been had Marisa beat Eddie to the punch in posting that last challenge. We could easily have a numbers advantage right now. Oh well... I shouldn't think about those sorts of things.

- I'm quickly beginning to realize that the hidden immunity idol is more than likely in play at this point. We have covered a lot of ground as a tribe, so it's more than likely floating around out there somewhere. Sadly, it's not in my hands, so that makes me all the more curious as to where it could be. Those idols have an uncanny ability of flipping the game upside down every season, so I would love to get to the bottom of this and find out who has it. I just hope it's in the hands of someone I like and trust.

- The treemail for this next round pretty much confirms my theory that a storm is brewin! Telling us to make sure we have our bootlists updated is all I need to hear to know that there is either a challenge and a Sausage Link immediately after or there is a tribe swap coming. The bad news is I always work all day on Sundays, so I will probably either be late or a no-show altogether. I hate that something that could be potentially high stakes may end up hurting me, but hopefully I will be able to weather the storm. I'm excited to see what happens next, though!

That's all I've got. Things are going pretty well as of right now.
