Welcome back!

Questions:

Becky: What are you basing your vote on tonight?

Betsy: Last round, the sausage links twist showed everyone a glimpse of where they may stand on the tribe. Do you think it painted an accurate portrait of the tribe's dynamics?

Bill: Does the paranoia of the idol come into play at all for you?

Jean-Robert: The throwers from Dadès weighed you down more than anyone else in the challenge. Do you think there was any reason behind that?

Katie: Last round you were in the bottom three and survived. Do you feel nervous because of that?

Kelly: After such a lead in the first half of the challenge, you guys ended up losing the challenge by mere seconds. Is it upsetting having so much effort and still losing?

Ken: When did you discover your alter-ego?

Marisa: You stepped up to do the puzzle for your tribe but were beaten to posting by seconds by Eddie. Do you feel a bit responsible for the loss because of this?

NaOnka: Last round, Russell left as a unanimous boot. Do you expect to see another unanimous vote this round?

Yul: Do you feel like this tribe is a weak tribe, or just fell unlucky tonight?

Be sure to vote in the Voting History thread provided to you in your confessionals. You have 24 hours to do so. Any vote after 24 hours will not count, and if all the votes are in, we reserve the right to post results early. Be sure to leave a bootlist to prevent self voting. Also make sure you answer these questions and have some confessionals for this round!

Jean-Robert: The throwers from Dadès weighed you down more than anyone else in the challenge. Do you think there was any reason behind that?

Ya know Brett I think it was pure discrimination. They see me and they think, "wow, automatic threat... big muscles... stunning personality... killer looks", I would be intimidated too. But it is interesting they gave the girls less weight than me. I came out as a strong challenge threat the last 2 challenges and I think they gave me more weight because they knew it was in their best interest to give me more of a disadvantage. Maybe they want my tribe to blame me for losing because I took a little longer to finish my posting.

Whatever the case, Jean-Robert isn't intimidated by anyone, especially not Dadès. Sure, I am a little embarrassed to have lost to Dan Lembo... the guy who has a bad knee and brings leather shoes to an island... but it happens. You got to lose some in order to win some. Losing brings greater knowledge than winning. We all saw how we could improve our performance today and that is something Dadès doesn't get to learn from winning.

They might be able to physically weigh me down with coconuts but they can't touch my ego.

I do. But at the same time I was fastest to finish the puzzle of the 3 holders. While I'm not trying to say they did bad or anything, I think it's obvious that I'm good at puzzles despite losing the challenge. I'll gladly step up to the role of puzzle solver again if necessary.

To be honest, us 3 holders feel like we could have gone much faster. I was almost one of the last ones to finish even though I had the least amount of weight. I was lagging a lot and I wasn't going to restart my modem throughout the challenge.

We just need to find the best way to do things next time. Obviously Dadès had some sort of trick or method to spamming a lot faster than us.

I think the previous Tribal Council showed that we're all unified and clearly we were all on the same page to vote off Russell. I don't think being in the bottom three the previous round will play a part in the outcome for the vote this time around. I think I've proven I'm capable in challenges and my top priority is definitely to help this tribe in every way possible. I just have to hope that they understand that and believe in me and give me more chances to prove myself.

Tonight, I'm truly just basing my vote on who I need to vote to stay in the game and further our tribe to winning. Nobody from our tribe is going to come out as the Sole Survivor if we continually lose challenge after challenge. We just need to stick together and work together and I know that we can eventually win the challenges.

I'm just trying to stay safe Brett.

Hi Brett! How are you? *waits for a response* I'm happy that you think you can give me a hard question after we lost immunity by mere seconds. Rude! Do I think this vote will be unanimous? Unfortunately, I think the tribe will be voting together because we do want any drama in the tribe.

Bill: Does the paranoia of the idol come into play at all for you?

No, not really. It's a bit too early to be worrying about the idol for me, and the search pretty much comes down to luck, so I'm not gonna let it change my decisions really, especially not now.

I think what it demonstrated the most is that Russell was clearly on the bottom. I do not think it indicated for certain where anyone else stood in the tribe. As the votes last round proved, we were pretty united as a group. It's a little bit sad that we're coming to this tribal council, because I think we have a much more unified team with no obvious weak links.

When did you discover your alter-ego?

Well I gotta say, it may have been JR that gave me the confidence to unleash my inner diva, and it might have been Kelly that helped me come up with a name. But deep down inside my inner drag queen has just been waiting to be unleashed. Kendra is a star that has been looking to grace the television screens of our nation and it was just a matter of time!

I think I've always known deep down that there was a Kendra inside of me. I just had to open my mind to the world of possibilities around me! ^_^

Well, we only lost by seconds. Our tribe is strong. We had a dominant performance in the first part of the challenge and they happened to just be a few seconds faster. It happens, we can't let this crush or moral. The next one we'll be going hard, we got this.

Oh my gosh, it's honestly such a tough loss to stomach, being so close and yet still coming up short, but here's the thing Brett... I know that this tribe is a winning one. We can totally rally back from this and dominate! I have complete faith in Sebou . We'll get 'em next time mark my words.
