Tribal Immunity! It's time to pit these two tribes against one another. Your challenge is called...



Here's how it works:

This challenge will play out in two parts, a non-live part tonight and a live part tomorrow night. Each tribe of ten must split up into two groups, a group of seven and a group of three. The group of three will compete in the live part tomorrow night at 8:30.

The Shooters

The group of seven will begin their part of the challenge now, lasting until 8:00 tomorrow night. This group will be known as the shooters. The goal of the shooters is to toss rocks up into the opposite tribe's baskets high up off the ground. There will be three baskets, each one being held up by a member of the opposing tribe.

The more rocks you land in the basket, the heavier it will get for the other tribe. This will make it more difficult for them later on. You must also distribute your shots among the three who are holding.

To toss a rock into a basket, you will post the following image:



But it won't quite be that easy. You need a bit of skill to land one in the basket! After throwing the rock, you must post a second image:



You must post this within TEN seconds of your throw. Otherwise your shot will miss and the weight will not be added.

Once you shoot, you can't shoot again for another 20 minutes. You cannot edit your posts. Anything you edit will not count. If we catch you editing out a failed attempt, you will be DQ'd from further throws.

The Holders

The three holders have a very important role. At 8:00 tomorrow night, the weight will be tallied. Each of the three holders on each tribe will have different amounts of weight successfully shot into their basket. The more weight you have, the harder it will be for you.

At 8:30, the holders will begin the live portion of the challenge. The sack of rocks will be resting on the ground. It's the holders job to move across the sand, pulling the rope behind them in order to hoist the bag upwards. The more weight you have, the more difficult this will be.

If one of the three holds you back or does not show in time, one of the other two may pick up that person's slack by hoisting the bag for them. This will take longer, but may keep you in the race.

Once all three bags are hoisted upwards and hitched to a post, the three will need to work together to assemble a puzzle. The first team of three to assemble their puzzle and raise their tribe flag will win Immunity for their tribe. More details will be given on this portion tomorrow night. It will involve posting, speed, and a final puzzle.

Until then, you will need to split yourselves up into the two roles. You need three people who you can rely on for tomorrow night's portion. Coordination will be key here. You need to discuss with your tribe and figure out who is best where as soon as you can.

Whoever you know will be a thrower can begin throwing immediately. Once you throw once, you are locked in as a thrower. Be sure to work together as a tribe to quickly decide who will be best in which portion, or else you may lose valuable time. Once you know your roles, have someone post a finalized list in this thread. Once a list is posted, the roles are locked.

The six basket threads will be in Challenge Beach. Until we know the six holders, they will be left unmarked. Remember, you are posting in the opposite tribe's threads.

The tribe that communicates well, works together, and pulls their weight will win Immunity and be safe from Tribal Council. On top of that, the winners will earn Reward in the form of extra energy for the HII hunt. If you have any questions, ask below.

Very well! It'll be Eddie, Dan, and Charlie for Dadès taking on JR, Betsy, and Marisa for Sebou on the hoisting and puzzle portion.

Until then, the rest of you have until 8:00 tomorrow to help out your three holders by adding as much weight to the opposing three as you can.

The first part has ended! It's time to switch out.

Seems that Sebou has given JR, Betsy, and Marisa a good lead! The three on Dadès will have to work a bit harder to overcome it, but it's still anyone's to win. Here's what you'll be doing now.

Every rock you received weighs three pounds. At 8:30, each of you must make your OWN new thread inside Challenge Beach. Inside there is where you'll begin hoisting. Your total number of pounds have been divided evenly into three legs.

In the spoiler tags below are four images for each of you. Your very first post in your thread must be you at your starting position (the first image). Once you post that one image, you must then post the following:

"[Name] hoists bag"

You will make one of these posts for every pound against you. After each segment, you must post the next hoist image.

So Eddie will post: 1st image, 51 posts, 2nd image, 51 posts, 3rd image, 51 posts, 4th image. Then he is finished. Here are your images:

Once all three of your tribe members successfully hoist your bag and tether it to the poll, you may move onto the puzzle. Brett and I will be inviting the three of you to an AIM chat beforehand. Once you're all finished with the hoisting, we'll give you a password. This password will lead you into a board in Challenge Beach that only the three of you can see. Inside there is your puzzle with instructions.

The first three to correctly solve their puzzle will win Immunity for their tribe and be safe at Tribal Council. The losers will head to Tribal where they'll be forced to vote someone out. Big stakes! Read over everything carefully so you don't confuse yourselves.
