Episode 3x01 - "Choose Wisely!"

Sausage Island 3: Third Helping was the largest game at the time, with a total of 27 new players vying for the title of Top Sausage. To kick the game off, the 27 players were split into three groups of nine. At the Captain's Challenge, it was revealed that these would be the groups they would compete against, and not the tribes themselves.

The Captain's Challenge tasked each group with throwing a sausage to one another in an attempt to eliminate each other. Sekou, an instant outsider and easy scapegoat, was quickly targeted. To everyone's surprise, Sekou held his own in the challenge. During this time, Matt and Steph L began a feud throughout the challenge, while Bobby Jon fought with Chelsea and Sandra over their past, resulting in Chelsea swearing Bobby Jon off and ignoring him.

In the end, it was Matt, Chase, and Misty who became the three captains of Sausage Island 3. In a twist, the captains were forced to choose picks for the other two tribes, rather than their own. Misty came up with the idea for the three captains to work together to send each other who they originally wanted. While Chase and Matt agreed, they secretly conspired against her and sent her who they considered weaker players. By the end, the games three tribes were formed:

Spoiler+

On Salchicha, a majority alliance was formed between Matt, Chelsea, Sydney, Sandra, and Jay. Sekou was an immediate target, but Cochran aligned with him and considered pulling together everyone at the bottom.

In the first Tribal Council of the season, the three tribes were pit against one another in an arena and forced to fight. Salchica won out, sparing Cochran from potential elimination and sending Chorizo and Bayonaca to Tribal Council.

Salchicha was also tasked with giving a Hidden Immunity Idol clue to a member of one of the losing tribes. The majority of Salchicha agreed to give it to an active player in hopes that the player would then share it in return, but when Aras innocently suggested that Shawna be that player, Sydney and Chelsea became nervous of him and took note.

On Bayonaca, Misty had picked Steph L for her tribe in hopes to eliminate her, but Steph L secretly aligned with Stephanie V and Penner for security. Despite a clear boot in the less active Amanda, drama brewed when Stephanie V told Matty that she wanted his close ally Tom out, which Matty spilled to Tom. Tom then told Steph L about it, so Steph L told ally Stephanie V, resulting in Stephanie V no longer trusting Matty. In the end, the drama wasn't enough to save Amanda, and she became the first boot of Sausage Island 3 in an 8-1 vote, with Matt receiving a vote from her.

On Chorizo, Chase riled his tribe up with a captains speech after their loss, and roped in an alliance consisting of Mick, Shawna, and Amber. While Sophie was the clear boot, Semhar still found herself on the outs, and Bobby Jon and Gregg continued to alienate themselves with their behavior. At Tribal Council, it was Sophie who was booted 9-0.

Episode 3x02 - "Rookie"

After Tribal Council, while each tribe was united in their votes, both Bayonaca and Chorizo were slightly fractured. Bayonaca was a mess of alliances, while Gregg and Bobby Jon's attitudes created a headache for Chase's alliance, giving a glimmer of hope for outsider Brenda.

At the Immunity Challenge, the players had to race against one another to assemble difficult puzzles the fastest. One again, Salchicha pulled off the win in a nail biter, sending the two tribes back to Tribal Council.

Bobby Jon lied to Salchicha and claimed to be on the outs on his tribe, so they sent him the clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol. Shawna nearly found the Idol with just one clue, but came up short. With Brenda looking like the obvious boot, Mick's guy alliance with Gregg and Bobby Jon began to fall apart as Mick contemplated eliminating Gregg soon. Gregg also contemplated making a move against Shawna or Semhar, but had no numbers to do so. Brenda was voted out in a 7-1 vote, with Gregg receiving a vote from her.

On Bayonaca, Matty was in danger due to the Steph's pushing for him to leave. Tom, Matty's loyal ally, tried to throw others under the bus to save him, which put a larger target on his back. Misty, who was close to Matty at the start of the game, ended up betraying her former ally and voting against him. At Tribal Council, Tom's scrambling to save Matty wasn't enough, and Matt was blindsided in a 6-1-1 vote. Tom voted for Penner, and Matty voted for Savage.

Episode 3x03 - "Tuck and Roll Bitch!"

Before the challenge, each tribe ranked each other based on how reliable they found each other. Chase won for Chorizo, Aras for Salchicha, and Misty for Bayonaca.

At the Immunity Challenge, the three tribes competed for two Immunity Idols in a relay race. In the most intense challenge of the season, each tribe pulled ahead and then fell behind moments later. By just a few minutes, Chorizo missed out on Immunity, and Bayonaca and Salchicha were spared.

With Chorizo facing their third straight Tribal Council, and no more easier boots in Sophie and Brenda, the scrambling instantly began. Gregg approached Bobby Jon for an alliance between them two, Amber, and Mick. While Gregg thought his alliance was solid, Bobby Jon immediately threw him under the bus to the rest of the tribe.

Despite the blindside target set firmly on Gregg, Chase and Shawna grew increasingly weary of Bobby Jon and wanted to see him gone sooner rather than later. Even Amber, Bobby Jon's closest ally, began to drift from him.

In the end, Bobby Jon was unknowingly spared, and Gregg was blindsided 6-1.

Episode 3x04 - "Dead Man Walking"

After their previous challenge win, Salchicha opted to give Tom the clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol. While Aras was unknowingly on the outside for helping to push the clue towards Shawna, Sandra was doing the same thing with Tom and helped him receive the clue. Later, Tom solved the clues and found the game's first Hidden Immunity Idol. Tom put a fake Hidden Immunity Idol in its place.

The Immunity Challenge required the remaining players to climb as high as they could, with each tribe's average being the deciding factor. In a narrow loss, Salchicha missed out on Immunity and headed into their first Tribal Council.

Later, members of Salchicha revealed that they intentionally lost the challenge in order to go to Tribal Council and send Aras home, which greatly angered Sydney. Aras, unaware that he was in danger, felt safe at the vote, but was worried he would be a target by the other tribes down the line based on his high position on his tribe. Sandra had previously worked to get the ball rolling against Aras, and her work was paying off.

Mike, also unaware of Aras' impending blindside, aligned with him and felt confident for the first time all game. While Sekou was the diversion target, it was Aras who was ruthlessly blindsided in a 7-1-1 vote.

Episode 3x05 - "Alea Lacta Est"

While everyone was reeling from Aras' blindside, many considered their next move on their respective tribes. With a Hidden Immunity Idol in his pocket, Tom stated that he wished to send Stephanie V out with it. On Chorizo, Bobby Jon was confident that Semhar would be the one to leave next, unaware that it would be him.

All future plans were shaken when a tribe swap rearranged the three tribes:

Spoiler+

The new tribes sent the players into a frenzy, with many trying to establish new alliances to form the majority.

Cochran, who had a hidden alliance all game with Sekou and Tammy, considered replacing Sekou with Sandra instead. Most notably, Steph L, Chelsea, and Stephanie V were separated from their major alliances, and would have to adapt to survive. To make matters worse for Chelsea, she was stuck with her long time enemy Bobby Jon.

At the Immunity Challenge, each new tribe was tied together at the hip and had to race around a track to catch up to the other two tribes. It was Chorizo who won out, sending the new Bayonaca and Salchicha tribes to Tribal Council.

Penner was in danger due to a poor challenge performance, and worked hard to get the target off of him by attempting to shift the target onto Tom. While Chelsea, Mike, and Savage all promised Penner their votes, all three had voted for him. In the end, Savage ended up switching, and him and Penner voted against former tribe mate Tom, but it was Penner who was sent home in a 5-2 vote, leaving Savage on the outside.

On Salchicha, Chase, Amber, and Shawna pushed the vote onto Misty over the less active Tammy, but weren't aware that Sandra was working with Misty, Steph L, and Tammy. To make matters worse, Tom considered sending Misty his Hidden Immunity Idol to help oust Chase. Due to Sandra's hated for Bobby Jon, and Bobby Jon's fondness of Amber, Sandra attempted to push the vote onto Amber so that Bobby Jon would take a hit. Bobby Jon declared that if Sandra did that, he would get rid of Sandra's close ally and his enemy, Chelsea, as revenge.

Thinking that Chase, Amber, and Shawna would target Tammy, Misty considered playing her Idol on Tammy instead of herself. When Tammy briefly showed up, Sandra grew paranoid that Tammy was secretly working with Chase. In the end. Sandra, Steph L, and Misty conceded, didn't play the Idol, and voted out Tammy along with the rest of the tribe.

Episode 3x06 - "Happily Ever After"

A fight broke out at Tribal Council following Penner's elimination between Tom, Semhar, and Penner, in which info was laid out onto the table. Afterwards, Semhar considered striking against either Chelsea or Mike at an upcoming Tribal Council to weaken original Salchicha's numbers. During this time, the arguing between Chelsea and Bobby Jon grew even more. On Chorizo, Cochran was devastated to see former ally Tammy leave the game, and called off his alliance with Sandra because of her betraying Tammy.

The Immunity Challenge brought out the creative side in the contestants, as each tribe put together a story of the game events up to that point to be judged. Salchicha lost the challenge and went to Tribal Council once again.

The lines in the sand were drawn on Salchicha. Chase, Amber, and Shawna were on one side, with the ragtag team of Sandra, Misty, and Steph L on the other. Tom sent Sandra his Hidden Immunity Idol, and Sandra played it incorrectly on Misty. Chase's side voted for Sandra, while Sandra's side voted for Amber. The vote tied, and after a re-vote, tied again. With the vote deadlocked at 3-3, Amber faced off against the much weaker Sandra in a tie breaker challenge.

While Amber and Sandra hurled insults at each other all day, misfortune struck Amber when she botched the tie breaker challenge, despite working much faster than Sandra. Amber's mistake cost her the game, and she was sent home, leaving Chase and Shawna in danger.

Episode 3x07 - "Boom. Toasted."

As one Idol left the game, the final two entered. Chelsea claimed the Idol for Bayonaca, and Mick found Chorizo's.

At the Immunity Challenge, a twist shook the game up once more, as it was revealed that the tribe that lost the challenge would be dissolved into the two other tribes. While Chorizo won Immunity, it was Bayonaca that was dissolved.

Chelsea and Savage joined Chorizo, and Tom, Mike, Bobby Jon, and Semhar were sent to Salchicha to face Tribal Council.

Bobby Jon grew increasingly paranoid and frustrated at his poor spot on his new tribe. The swap gave new life to Chase and Shawna, who linked back up with former tribe mates Bobby Jon and Semhar to vote against Sandra, Steph L, Misty, and Tom. Chase's alliance called themselves the Power Rangers, and displayed matching images in public to out their alliance.

Mike was placed directly in the middle, and each side desperately vied for his vote to turn the tide at Tribal Council. Mike told Bobby Jon he would feel most comfortable with Steph L, so Bobby Jon's side agreed to vote for her. Bobby Jon continued to fight with Sandra, and even pitted Sandra against her ally, Chelsea. Semhar grew tired of Bobby Jon's antics and considered betraying him and her alliance.

The pressure mounted for Mike as he came to the conclusion that both sides had lied to him and he would be at the bottom of either. In the end, he sided with the Power Rangers, and Steph L was voted out in a 5-4 vote, shifting the power dramatically on Salchicha.

Episode 3x08 - "Martyr"

Tensions mounted between Chelsea and Sandra as the week continued. Sandra was angry with Chelsea for dissolving to Chorizo instead of joining her, which sent Sandra a shaky number in Mike instead. With Mike flipping on Sandra, it further drove a wedge between her and Chelsea. Chelsea went as far as to ask Bobby Jon to vote Sandra out if they were to lose again.

At the Immunity Challenge, it was revealed that both tribes would head to Tribal Council and vote out a member. Three Immunity necklaces were earned in an endurance competition. Sandra, Stephanie V, and Shawna all won Immunity. Sandra was thankful, as she would've been voted out that night had she not won.

On Chorizo, Cochran was in danger due to rumors of his cross tribal alliances. Sydney, Matt, and Jay conspired to give him the same treatment that they gave Aras. Sekou and Cochran grew apart, and Sekou expressed his distrust in his former ally.

Savage once again voted alone, this time for Sekou, while Jay placed his vote on Savage. Sekou voted for Jay, and the rest of the tribe blindsided Cochran, 6-1-1.

With Immunity around her neck, Sandra lashed out against the Power Ranger alliance at Tribal Council. Chelsea, Sydney, and Sandra conspired to send it to Sandra in order to regain the numbers on Salchicha and send Chase home.

Assuming that Mike was still with them, Bobby Jon considered casting a stray vote for Tom because he liked Misty more than him, and the rest of the Power Rangers had settled on voting for Misty. Unbeknownst to Bobby Jon, Mike was considering switching back to Sandra's side, meaning Bobby Jon's stray vote would end up hurting the Power Rangers.

Mick sent Sydney his Idol, and Sydney once again considered handing it over to Sandra. In the end, it was Chelsea's idol that was sent over, and she handed it to Tom. Tom played it on himself, but in the end it was Misty who received the Power Rangers' votes, and yet another Idol was wasted by Tom and Sandra. Former captain Misty was voted out 4-3, with Tom cancelling out Bobby Jon's stray vote against him.

Episode 3x09 - "That's All She Wrote"

A surprise swap and twist shook up the game once more, as the two tribes swapped back into three tribes of five.

Spoiler+

The twist sent everyone scrambling for safety yet again, with many who were once comfortable now feeling in danger.

At the Immunity Challenge, Stephanie V greatly annoyed her new tribe when she tried to dictate what they should do, which further alienated her.

As the challenge progressed, the tension between Chelsea and Bobby Jon reached a boiling point. With Chelsea, Bobby Jon, and Sandra all on the same tribe, the fighting continued as Bobby Jon and Chelsea continuously went from attacking one another to making up again.

The stress and fighting took its toll on Bobby Jon, and in a shocker, he laid down his torch midway through the Immunity Challenge, becoming the final member of Pre-Jury.

Episode 3x10 - "Blitzkrieg"

With fourteen castaways remaining, the tribes merged into one, with Tom naming the tribe 'Blitzkrieg'. Matt, Shawna, and Chelsea each won Immunity and kept themselves safe at the unpredictable merge vote.

With the Power Rangers badly outnumbered, they were facing trouble at Tribal Council. The remaining three original Bayonanca's standing, Tom, Savage, and Stephanie V, reconnected and vowed to stick together and play both sides.

Chase, Shawna, and Semhar considered casting votes against Sekou in hopes that the rest would too, but Chelsea, Sydney, and Matt's alliance targeted Chase, the captain of the Power Rangers.

Jay considered picking up stragglers to attempt to make a move, but decided to wait until later on down the line. The former three Bayonanca's elected to stick with the original Salchicha alliance, and voted alongside them for Chase. Mike voted for Sekou, Sekou voted for Mick, and Chase, Semhar, and Shawna all voted for Sandra.

Chase, the original Chorizo captain, was voted out 9-3-1-1 and became the first member of the Jury.

Episode 3x11 - "Fuck Everyone, Expose Everything"

With the leader of their alliance and original tribe gone, Semhar and Shawna were in danger, as was Mike. Jay worried that Chelsea may become a threat to his game and began to plan a move to take her out down the line

At the Sausage Auction, Sydney guaranteed her safety when she won Immunity. Matt and Jay won a key and chest, with Jay retrieving an Immunity necklace from it.

Stephanie V received the ability to steal someone's money, which would prevent them from attending Tribal Council. Stephanie was pressured to choose Chelsea, but ultimately chose Shawna, sparing her from being booted at Tribal Council. While Stephanie's alliance was angry with her at the decision, Stephanie stated that she made her choice to spare Shawna so that her alliance might choose to boot Sekou instead.

Mick received his second Hidden Immunity Idol of the game, though his first was currently in Sydney's hands.

Stephanie's plan backfired when no one in her alliance besides Chelsea wished to boot Sekou. Instead, the target shifted to Semhar.

Semhar fought to gather the votes to stay, but ended up cursing at her potential swing votes. She called several members of the cast zombies, and accused them of being under Chelsea, Sydney, Jay, and Matt's spell. Semhar voted for Sandra out of spite, Sekou voted for Jay, and Mike and Stephanie voted against Sekou. The larger alliance held strong, and Semhar was booted 8-2-1-1

Episode 3x12 - "Sekou"

As the last two Power Rangers left, it was do or die for Shawna and Mike. The majority alliance wanted Shawna gone badly, and only an Immunity win would save her. Stephanie's alliance all aired their frustrations and annoyance with her, mostly directed at the way she attempted to dictate votes to them.

At the Immunity Challenge, the players had to correctly identify past Survivor players from a collection of distorted images. The challenge came down to Sydney, Sandra, and Shawna, with Sydney and Sandra attempting to prevent Shawna from winning Immunity. Shawna narrowly won, and earned her safety yet again.

As the last Power Ranger without Immunity, Mike was in the hot seat. Luckily for him, the target shifted to Sekou. Upset that her Immunity win would only buy her a round to get further than Sekou, Shawna voted alone for Chelsea to send a message, and also ranted about the majority alliance at Tribal Council. Sekou voted for Jay, for completely unknown reasons once again, and everyone else voted for Sekou. In a 10-1-1 vote, Sekou was finally taken down.

Episode 3x13 - "Kiss of Death"

The remaining eleven players were left scrambling when an upcoming double Tribal Council was announced. With everyone having two votes, and two players leaving the game, many saw it as a good time to make a move.

At the Immunity Challenge, the players raced to escape from prison cells the fastest. Chelsea and Jay held the lead, but Savage emerged and took the win from Jay, earning himself and Chelsea Immunity.

Jay had an Immunity necklace from his auction prize and considered playing it. Jay privately voiced his distrust with Stephanie and his desire to blindside Chelsea soon.

Sydney considered playing her Hidden Immunity Idol for guaranteed safety, knowing she would have access to Mick's down the line if she needed it. Later, Sandra told Sydney that she wanted to take Matt out soon because of how big of a threat he was. Sydney told Chelsea about this, and Chelsea began to conspire against Sandra.

A rivalry between Jay and Chelsea continued to grow under the surface, and word got to Chelsea that Jay considered targeting her if she hadn't been immune. This forced Chelsea to decide to strike against him at that night's Tribal Council before he could strike first.

Without Immunity for the first time in the merge, Shawna was a sitting duck, as was her ally Mike. Stephanie was considered for the blindside, but most felt Shawna had to leave first.

At Tribal Council, Shawna voted for Sydney and Matt but knew it was futile. Shawna received votes from everyone but her ally Mike, and she was sent to the Jury. When the second set of votes were read, Jay was shocked and blindsided out of the game when six votes from his entire alliance came his way, including votes from his close friends Matt and Tom.

Episode 3x14 - "Let's Go Kill Some Kids"

Stephanie V reacted negatively when she saw that she received votes at Tribal Council, and was unaware that her alliance had almost blindsided her instead of Jay.

In the Sausage Island classic Puppet Masters challenge, Sydney proved her great social standing and took home Immunity.

With Stephanie as the target, Chelsea contemplated giving her a heads up. Stephanie fought publicly with Tom, and was confident that he would be going home that night. Chelsea considered going behind Sydney's back by eliminating Tom, Sydney's close ally, before she could become too powerful. Ultimately Chelsea decided against it.

When the votes were read, Stephanie V was shocked to find that she suffered the same fate as Jay, and her own alliance sent her packing. Stephanie, Mike, and Savage all voted for Tom.

Episode 3x15 - "No Sympathy"

A Majority Rules challenged aired out the remaining eight players' feelings towards one another. Chelsea was predicted to win the game, Matt was named the most heroic, Sandra was named the biggest villain, and Mike and Savage won almost all of the negative categories. For Savage and Mike, their position on the tribe was now perfectly clear.

Chelsea was worried that the Majority Rules results would convince people to go against her, but she took home Immunity and no longer had to worry.

The target shifted to Savage, who had recently emerged as a potential challenge threat due to his surprise win previously. Fearful that he could go on an Immunity run, the majority alliance opted to vote him out over Mike. While Savage voted for Mike to try to save himself, everyone else in the game voted for Savage, sending him to the Jury.
