Pros to a mutiny:

- Chance to find an idol
- Should be safe with Dan and Leann, Yau/John as the next boots
- Hatch owes me a favor if we meet again
- The paranoia over Ciera/Kelly's loyalty becomes a non-factor

Cons to a mutiny
- It's public, everyone will see me doing Hatch a solid
- Dave could be in danger ( (: )
- My relationship with Leann/Dan isn't great
- The relationship I worked up with Ciera is permanently destroyed

This is an extreme mindfuck. My gut is telling me that it's probably the right move. But I'm really concerned about Dave. If I leave him in the dust, I don't want him to get picked off. I trust that guy completely, more than anyone else right now.

Threw the shit out of that challenge. Jamie was feeling uneasy about his position on Lug and Dave obviously is feeling really worried about his position too. So I figured it was best to just take a dive, wash our hands clean of John and call it a day.

The main influence behind me being confident about this gamble is the numbers right now. I figure we have to split into two tribes before the merge. This will take us down to 14, which would be a good time as any to do it. The only time I can see it happening is 13, with one being left out in some sort of twist. 12 is way too low and 11 is getting into merge number territory.

In any event, Dan and Leann do not know about me throwing. Dave and Jamie assured me they would not tell anyone. I trust them on that. If I was willing to go to bat for them, why would they?

Anyway lots of information, challenge venting and conversations but they will wait till tomorrow after work. Speaking of which, I have to get up 4 hours.

First of all...



Recorded the entire challenge last night. Had to edit this 2 and a half hour video down and a half hour was about as small as I could get it. If you feel like torturing yourself through my misery of dealing with imbeciles who can't understand basic understanding of rules, go for it.

This challenge pissed me the fuck off. Just like the first one, I just cannot understand how people have such a hard time grasping such basic rules. What really annoyed me was that I was talking with people on other tribes and trying to figure out my moves, meanwhile I have people IMing me to go GREG, GO! GREG ARE YOU HERE? GREG?! GREG?! IT'S YOUR TURN GREG!!!! Shut the fuck up. We have 5 minutes, chill the fuck out. Then on one of those turns, Yau decides he's going to steal my turn - after two minutes - because he thinks I'm AFK. This challenge in general just made me want Yau gone. Not for any other reason than he annoyed the piss out of me. Yes, that's good enough for me.

Anyway to the meat of things - I was feeding information to Dave and gave him John's space to hit, but he was eliminated before he could do anything. Ciera and Kelly were apparently aggressive in making sure they posted between each other. I'm not quite sure the specifics, but Dave was talking about not wanting to "piss them off" by posting a space. What?! Not sure what the hell that is all about, but it's quite evident that one of those two got the idol. I can't see any other possibility.

Before the challenge, Dave was begging that I threw the challenge as he felt extremely worried about my decision to mutiny. He had this crazy idea that Hatch is really with Ciera and they just wanted to get rid of me so it'd be easier to get rid of him. Don't flatter yourself dude. If Ciera wants Dave gone, she could have done it with or without Hatch. Nobody is going to make a big elaborate plan to get someone like him out, in the process helping me by giving me a chance at an idol and putting me back with my Lug friends.

Towards the end of the challenge, Jamie and I started talking and he expressed deep concern over his position as well. This is news to me as I talked to him prior about his spot and he said he felt safe. Don't know what changed over there, but I'm going to assume it has to do with Dreamz, perhaps him being bitter I didn't swap with him. Either way, after much debating, I decided to give Yau's spot to Jamie, unsuccessfully go for a few keys, and finally let Jamie knock me out. Jamie was incredibly appreciative of this, which I felt was sincere. In doing this, I feel like I'm starting to rise in stock with my old tribe mates in a big way.

Before bed, Leann and Dan both quickly said John will be going home and that was that.

Today, of course, things have to change. How a simple plan like this could get so fucked up is beyond me. Earlier today while both Dan and myself were off, Leann suddenly had a change of heart and wants Yau gone. The problem here is that she said she wouldnt' be on at all for the rest of the day, so she left smart guy Dan to figure out what the hell to do with this information. She didn't confirm or deny whether she changed her vote or not. How hard is a little bit of etiquette here? To make matters more confusing, I was told nothing. Great communication work here. So she puts Dan, who is flaky when it comes to being on all the time, in charge of telling me of her plan that she's not even sure of.

What a fucking clusterfuck. I don't even get why Yau is the target. Yes, I'm annoyed with him over the challenge. But still, with Gwad getting wiped out - why not start to pick off old Saptano too? John/Chet/PG are good, Laura may still be with them and now that she's with Ciera & Kelly, that could be incredibly dangerous. Yau is an annoying loner that nobody likes. Wildcard? Sure. But someone that's malleable at least. You think fucking John is going to listen to anything we have to say when he finds his friends again?

I'm going to wait a bit and see if I can find Leann. If not, I'll throw my vote on Yau and hope that this wasn't some sloppy last minute plan to blindside me for whatever fucking reason.
