Tribal Council #2b - Saptano
Questions
Angie: You volunteered for the toughest spot, but your scores weren't quite on the same level as your opponents'. Does this worry you? Do you wish you chose a different slot?
Chet: You all seemed sad to see Gillian leave last round. Will this vote be as difficult? How do you determine who should go at this point in the game?
John: You weren't able to complete the other two puzzles for a very understandable reason. Does your challenge performance here concern you in terms of your safety in the game?
Laura: Do you sense alliances starting to form within the tribe? Does it make you paranoid?
Nick: Last round, Gillian was blindsided by the rest of the tribe, and now one of you has to go again tonight. Do you think tonight's vote will be another blindside?
PG: You scored a perfect score tonight, the only one from Saptano to do so. Do you feel you earned your place here? Or is anyone still vulnerable despite challenge strength?
Be sure to vote in the Voting History thread provided to you in your confessionals. You have 24 hours to do so. Any vote after 24 hours will not count, and if all the votes are in, we reserve the right to post results early. Be sure to leave a bootlist to prevent self voting. Also make sure you answer these questions and have some confessionals for this round!

Yeah absolutely. No matter the circumstance I want to give my best, just so happens the best I could do was a puzzle submitted minutes prior to the deadline to help use from losing a point. I wish I could've done more and I hope to prove more if the tribe keeps me around another round.

I feel like I have earned my place here on this tribe, but I can say the same about everyone really. Chet has done a wonderful job being team captain, Nick has put aside time with family to work for our tribe, Laura performed wonderfully after being on vacation for the first half of the first challenge, Nick has been a remarkable replacement and I am so glad to have him over Sarge, and Angie has been consistently active and strong in both challenges leading us as well. We've all worked hard to earn our places here, so it sucks we have to be here again.
Anyone can be vulnerable at any point, I guess that's the name of Survivor, but at this point I think challenge strength is huge, so we can avoid coming here again, but what's also is important is our unity. We need to stay strong because since we're already down in numbers, we can't be fluctuating and disloyal to one another when a tribe swap could be around a corner. There's just a lot to consider, Lex!

It's possible? Depends on if the person is able to see it coming or not.

I believe this will be a difficult vote for everyone again. We're a very active tribe that works well together. It's unfortunate that tonight's challenge only had one winner.
How do I determine who should go at this point in the game? I think we are all asking ourselves that question right now and determining what is important to each of us. There's no way you could base it on performance at this point, since we've all done consistently well. For me, It is going to come down to a gut decision on who I feel is least essential to the tribe moving forward.

Hell Yeah Lex, I know this is a game, and alliances are part of it. And right now, it obviously makes me feel nervous! If I'm not in these alliances, that means people don't trust, don't like me and really want to send me home, so yeah, if alliances are there, and I'm not part of any, it does make me feel nervous.

Oh I agree, I overestimated my puzzle abilities. I figured I could just get better scores, but I realized how logical I am with puzzles. I kept spending my time on the little details instead of focusing on the points I had memorized or were easy for me. I do wish I hadn't put myself at the top of the list. It does worry me because we never have had any inactives, and we're looking at challenges and who knows what else as a basis of who is going. |
Bring it on, bitches! |
