I'm going to try my heart out in the challenge because I recognize the very likely possibility that Rachel could flip back. I don't think it would be a good move on her part this soon but I know it can happen and am going to try my best to guarantee I survive no matter what. Other than that, I took the day off from the game today because last night was very emotionally taxing. I'm going to miss Hope a lot on a personal level and I can only wish that she is able to come to terms with that type of brutal elimination sooner than I would. My goal is for Neal to go this round (FINALLY!!!!!) but of course with my luck it won't happen. Will keep you posted but in the meantime if you have any questions about anything PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK. I don't really have much else on my mind to talk about but I could be forgetting stuff. It's been a crazy couple of days. Plus some viewer participation is always fun :P

LOL definitely not. I will say I miss how close I was to Alina and Jaison there and wish I had those people and relationships still in the game now. Both are awesome people and, even though Alina probably despises me now, I really enjoyed getting to know her. Other than that, I do not miss the constant challenge losses, idol paranoia and subsequent vote splits, the inactives, or Stacey and her annoying schtick. I also don't miss the constant fear by the end of that tribe that I was fucked going into a swap and I'm very happy that it was not the case. I feel like losing so much there made me have to play early which is an advantage I had over those who skated until merge (and gave me a solid FTC argument if I'm lucky enough to make it there) so I appreciate what it did for me but don't miss it now, other than maybe the control I had there because I do believe, looking back, I was in the #1 slot there next to Jaison.

In Shórt (see what I did there), I don't miss Lóng but recognize it as a key cog in getting me here.

And remembering my days on Lóng makes me realize how much of summer is already gone...bummer.

This is always a tough one for me because I don't watch a ton of movies and don't really know how to judge the ones I have seen. I much prefer comedies to anything else so I would rank The Hangover, The Big Lebowski, Role Models, any of the Scary Movies pretty highly. I would also put Pulp Fiction up there (even though I technically haven't seen it in full) because it plays up to my sense of humor but isn't a full out comedy. The Green Mile is probably the "best" movie I've seen because it is definitely entertaining but has a much deeper meaning to it that I tend to look for in shows/movies/books. One of my goals this summer was to watch more movies to better answer questions like this tbh but sadly I haven't gotten around to it yet.

The Man by Aloe Blacc. In all seriousness, I feel like I've had so much go not my way this game and I've had to adapt to make the best of it. And I feel like I've been targeted a few times and by all rights should have gone home but I continue to avoid my elimination and to prosper because of it. I was going to go with something that had a slightly deeper meaning but I feel like this is more playfully arrogant.

I think some of it depends on how the rest of the season plays out but I'll judge what I know now. I think that the DVD cover for a season should be focused around the players who had the biggest impact on that season so just being a decent player or making it deep doesn't guarantee a spot on the cover. For this particular season I think that myself, Rita, and Hope deserve spots on the cover regardless of how the rest of the season plays out. I think all 3 of us have been figureheads of the postmerge in some way and have directly impacted how this game has played out. I have caused quite a few boots since the merge and Rita has been right there with me making them happen. Hope did her part as well to cause boots and basically controlled half of the game. I feel like those 3 should be agreeable to everyone. The rest are a little tricky so I'll make a list.

BEST CASE FOR
1. Hunter
2. Woo
3. Rachel
4. Jaison
5. Neal
6. Jenna

I don't think much of an argument can be made for putting anyone else on the cover because Alina went out too early, Kenny went out too early and was ultimately not the figurehead of his side, Liz and Natalie are basically nonfactors, and Jeremiah, while having an impact on the season overall probably didn't do enough himself to warrant a spot.

I think Hunter probably is the most deserving at this point due to his control of his side as well as his relationships with the other side and alliance with me. He's been one of the more dynamic characters and is basically this season's mid-jury huge threat boot. Typically, the overtly visible player who becomes a threat too early makes the cover and I feel like that's the case for Hunter. For Woo, I think it depends on his placement. Woo has been a figurehead in his own right but has sort of taken the backseat to Hope in that regard. I believe if only one were to make the cover it should 100% be Hope but I could see the case for both due to him being visible and overall having quite the impact. If he makes it to F6 or deeper I would probably make him a lock.

Rachel it 100% depends on placement and development. I don't think she's done enough to this point to be considered cover material but I think if she makes it to F5 or F4, she would have made it deep enough and most likely developed enough (from battered Mushu to flipper with destiny in her own hands) to be put on the cover. Jaison has the sixth spot rn in my mind because he has the overall biggest impact of those who have been voted out. If it weren't for him I would not have turned into what I did necessarily or been in a position to play that middle game. It was also his boot that isolated Kenny, Neal, and Liz and eventually made them swing votes. I think he could be seen as that BIG early jury character who gets a cover spot, especially if Rachel/Woo don't step it up at all.

Neal is too one-dimensional in my mind to be considered a cover person but he was a swing vote for a bit and has a lot of fight. I just don't see how he necessarily fits into the story of the season and probably doesn't deserve the spot unless he makes FTC (which better not happen lol). Jenna was a big character imo and someone who the audience would love but probably not a memorable enough character to make the cover. Maybe a robbed entertaining juror like Dave Ball who the audience would love to see back (or at least I would) but who doesn't make the cover.
