The Sausage Auction is now in session! Here's how it works.


Each of you have been given $500 to spend. There are 13 different items available to buy. Each item will be given its own thread in a subforum at the top of Challenge Beach. Inside each thread is where you'll bid for that item.

You can only bid in increments of 10 dollars, and you must begin at $10. You can bid on multiple items at once, but you can never have over $500 spread out at once. If your bid is currently leading on an item, it's considered to be out of your hands until someone bids over it. Keep that in mind.

You can only bid once every 20 minutes on any item. You can't bid over your own bid, you must wait for someone else to bid on it first. The 20 minute wait is across ALL items. Once you bid on one thing, you can't bid on anything else for 20 minutes.

At 5:00 pm est tomorrow, you may bid once ever 10 minutes instead of 20

You CAN share money with one another, but you must do so publicly. The transaction will be a simple "[Name] offers x dollars to [Name]", that player will immediately accept. You cannot cancel a share one you post it. Editing will be turned off. If you make a mistake, just post again. That will be done in this thread.

Every item has a predetermined time when it will no longer be for sale. Don't stall and attempt to overbid someone at the last minute, because you won't know when the last minute will be. An item will close any time between now and 8:30 tomorrow night. Don't be stingy! Whoever has the highest bid on an item at the time that it closes will win that item.

There's a great deal of items up for grabs, Immunity being one of them. The mystery items will remain a mystery to all except for who purchases them. There are several interesting items that may help you in this game. There are some dummy prizes, but nothing that will have a direct negative effect on you.

The player who wins the bid on Immunity will be safe from Tribal Council, earn a spot in the final eight, and gain an additional move in the hunt for the Hidden Immunity Idol. For the rest of you, Part II of this challenge will be posted tomorrow night.
