Hi everyone,
I've fallen a bit behind again and I'm so sorry about it!! Week 3 went by so fast though!
It started off with the Dragon Challenge and I have to say that I was really pleased overall with how it went down. Ozzy suggested that we as a tribe target Trish's dragon, and a few of us said that would be fine. Natalie told me that as lo,ng as Stacey's dragon didn't win that she would be okay.
I ended up getting one or two sandbags and throwing them (as promised) at Trish's dragon, even though she showed up as soon as I got one. This made Trish's partners Alina and Jeremiah retaliate pretty intensely. So after only doing two damage to Trish's dragon, we were out of the challenge.
I knew we were probably not going to win the challenge and I didn't have a huge drive to do so. I truly just wanted Trish to lose. I say that I was pleased overall with it because I stuck true to my word and then was eliminated before I had to attack any of my active tribemate's dragons. I mean, I could've played the safe way and not really try to grab sandbags (worked for Lizzie and Woo for a l,ong while) but to me that's pretty transparent. I'm not a fan. So in the end, I helped my tribe complete its goal and got beaten before I had to do the awkward thing of attacking more of them.
I imagine Natalie wasn't too pleased with what I did, but we accomplished both of our goals. Neither Trish nor Stacey won the challenge, and both went home.
I was okay with that. Peachy, even.
There's still the social aspect of this round to talk about as well as Tribal Council stuff.
That is coming up!
Regards,
Melinda

Hi,
It's bellini night so my updates will not be as profound.
Actually I should probably just skip to Week 4.
See you then,

Hey Melinda,
Are belinis your number one favorite drink? If not, what is? If so, what are like two of your other favorite drinks
What is your favorite kind of pizza?
Thanks!
Talk to you soon,

Hi M'nica!!
So nice to hear from you again, sorry that my confessionals have lagged behind.
Yes! Peach bellinis are my absolute favorite drink especially because we use peaches from our family garden/farm (I've tried ways to combine those words but it always turns out ugly) and they are SO DELICIOUS. Next time you're in the area, stop by!! All of the ladies from Bunco night love them.
Kisses,
-M'linda | |

P.S. I'm so sorry I forgot to answer your pizza question!
I am so easy to please when it comes to carbs but my absolute favorites are Hawaiian and any pizza that has sausage on it. And I'm not just saying that because of the island!!!
Hopefully I don't lose support for liking pineapple on pizza, I know how much that matters to some people.
With love,
Mel

P.P.S. Oh my gosh, I got so excited by the bellini question I must have totally missed the rest of the post.
For drinks, I usually like anything that's as sweet as I am!!
My local Chinese food restaurant (Asia Garden! It's so good, and has garden in the name so you know it's healthy!!) has this cocktail called the Red Lotus and I can't not order it whenever I go. I just wish they'd let me get it as take-out!! I tried to look it up on their menu online but apparently they don't have the cocktails there. But next time I go, I'll let you know exactly what's in it! I do know that it has a vodka base though.
Please don't ever put vodka cranberries in front of me, not even Jesus can save me from those.
Kisses,
Mel | |

My biography will eventually be titled "Death Carbs For Cutie" so I relate intensely to this thread right now.

Don't follow me into the dark. Something might happen, and you've got enough kids as it is, Melinda. :sly: | |

Hi Malcolm,
I need to see your fingernails before we can flirt.
