ANYWAY...



The Indian Queen started off this game satisfied with the outcome of the Captain's challenge. She felt positively about all three, and pinpointed Woo and Franny as two she was particularly comfortable with. She thought there would be three left off of tribes during the pick'em, but silly Natalie this isn't "Sausage Island: The Eight Dragons"!

When she was picked on Long, she was not too impressed. Overall she felt the tribe was "vanilla", which doesn't make sense to me since they're the most diverse tribe in the game! Puns aside, the tribe lacked pizazz in Natalie's opinion, but cited the young girls as her faves on the team, the young guys in a middle tier, and the older people at the bottom. Coincidence, probably?

Natalie's tribe lost the first challenge and she went to tribal. She was slow to find out that Chicken was the target, and it did not go over well. Accusing Jaison of being slightly deceitful in withholding info, she now has a mark on him and Caleb. She also felt a new bond with Stacey, and she wanted to let her know that Chicken was targeting her as a counter-vote. Word got back to Natalie that Stacey (unintelligibly) spilled the beans, and now Stacey is back on the bottom in her mind!



Ozzy started off this game by working on his social game. He developed a strategic bond with Woo, who consulted him over tribemate selections at the draft. The main target Ozzy wanted on his tribe was Hope, and he aided Woo in snatching her up! His first impressions of the tribe were fairly lackluster, as he showed his distaste for the older women of his tribe, aLóng with Rachel and Jaclyn. He stated that his relationship with Woo has been downgraded, but he’s solidified relationships with Hunter, Hope, Jenna, and JP.
Proving to be adept at exploring random spaces on an internet map, Ozzy found the season’s first hidden immunity idol! He asked if, in the idol design, the fork was stabbing a penis, but it is really a sausage. I’m sure he’ll keep thinking it’s a penis anyway. He has decided not to tell anybody about the idol, which from personally experience will certainly rob the viewers of some entertaining moments.

- Loves Nick/Jaison and wants to have an alliance of 3 with them
- Was indifferent on Caleb initially but now really likes him.
- Was mixed on Jaclyn initially. She likes her now but is wary of not being high on Jac's priority.
- Thought Natalie was inac at first but is liking her since she has picked up her activity.
- Thinks Stacey is funny but doesn't trust her because Stacey tries too hard.
- Dislikes Fran (and her shtick)
- Liked Hope/Joe/Jenna/Hunter in the pre-tribe phase and was sad to not be with any of them.
- Hates her trio partners because she finds Jerry boring and Trish is inac.
- Voted Chicken


- IDed Ozzy as Abi.
- Named his tribe after Ariana Grande
- Is in an alliance with Liz and Joe that he seems fully committed to.
- Doesn't really like Jerry and is afraid of being seen as a foursome w/ Jerry, Liz, Joe.
- Doesn't talk much with Rita, Wes, Neal
- Likes his Dragon trio (Jaison and Hope). Sees potential to work with them.


- Hit it off with Liz but was sad that she was the 4th pick.
- Bonded with Jenna a lot because Jenna is the only one online when Rita is.
- PMed Will to help him with his AIM issues but still doesn't really like Will all that much.
- She connected with Wes and thinks he'd be loyal but also doesn't think he'd connect with a lot of other people.


- Worked hard to be captain because when it came down to Nick and him, Nick told him he'd pick Woo and Woo hadn't connected with Nick at all.
- Tightest with Hope and Ozzy. Considers them #1a and #1b
- Has good bonds with everyone (even Trish during the pre-tribe phase) on his tribe and doesn't want to lose a challenge.
- Thinks Trish will be first boot.
- Was pretty indifferent about Chicken going and wants to get closer to Liz.

- Might have entertained the thought of keeping Chicken if he pushed for people who weren't her closest allies.
- Trusts Natalie the most, followed closely by Stacey. Possibility of a POC alliance with Jaison.
- Talks to Jaison the least, but is still open to working with him if that's what Stacey wants.
- Enjoys talking to Jaclyn and Neal but feels that they don't talk enough game with her for her to trust them as allies.
- Feels a connection with Alina despite not talking to her as often.



- Took notice of when he was picked and feels his early socializing wasn't adequate, so plans to step it up.
- Seems to like most of his tribe and wants to stick with getting rid of easy boots like Wes and Will.
- Trusts Joe a lot, but is also very close with Jenna and Rita.

Episode 1 Summary thread is up. Thanks so much for the help everyone, and now guess what? Episode 2 is almost over! Now that you have an idea of what the process is like and what the final product is that we're putting together, hopefully it'll all go as smoothly. I do prefer for submissions to be in either before the results of a non-live immunity challenge, or 24 hours after tribal if it's a live challenge coming up. If you take a few extra hours or the next morning, it's not a big deal, I can just edit your submissions in, but the sooner the better obviously.

Also, since this is a new thing we're doing here, we're figuring out the process as we go along. I think it'll eventually come to a point where we might only need one person per tribe and that might be easier than trying to coordinate like six different submissions, but the benefit to doing it this way is that none of us have to watchdog nine people. Once we tribe swap and get down in numbers, we'll reduce the numbers of watchdogs. If you feel like you don't really think you're that invested in doing this every single round, feel free to shoot me a message and I'll redistribute your people or take them on myself. Just let me know in advance if you don't think you can get it done by deadline so I'm not waiting, (and I appreciate that everybody this round did that).

Anyways, if you like doing it and are happy with the episode summaries I'm putting out as a result of it, just keep your eye on your people and post a writeup anytime after tribal tonight. If you want to drop someone or everybody, let me know. And if you think you might want to try more, I have five people myself to watch so I'll be happy to give you your pick.

foooooooooooor Episode 2

all of this feels like old news)



-Lillian is growing on hope every day
-She is enjoying getting to know her dragon partners Jaison and Kenny better. She seems to like Jaison a bit more
-She wants to work on her relationship with JP. Likes Ozzy but wonders how close he is to JP
-Isn't making great connections with Melinda/Rachel
-Loves Woo and feels bad for talking bad about him in her confessional from round 1. She told this to Woo and they bonded over this
-Hunter is still her favorite
-Lil pitched an alliance to Hope of them/Hunter/Woo
-Hope and Woo talked to Kenny (through Hope) about working together come a swap. Woo thinks Kenny and Liz are power players. Hope hopes she can reconnect with Joe

(Editorial note: The fact power players of Mushu Hope/Woo want to work with power players of Anaira Ken/Joe/Liz sort of screams end of the game for everyone else if that happens????)

Round 2 updates from my confessional crew!



Once again my Indian Queen is out on the prowl, coming back from Chicken's elimination slightly salty from getting his vote. She quickly turned her attention to solidifying bonds, speaking frequently with Jaison about bringing together a core group. She wasn't happy to hear that Alina, someone she enjoys talking to, was rubbing him the wrong way.

After the challenge, Natalie expressed discontent with her tribe's performance, but kept the strategy element strong by pivoting to the upcoming Tribal. Her initial preference was to keep Francesca as she was both the stronger challenge competitor AND the person she felt most comfortable strategically. In the end, her alliance decided to split the vote, with majority on Francesca due to her relative inactivity outside of challenge times. Natalie understood that she could be burning Stacey by filling her in on the plan of two votes against her to facilitate the split, so she'd rather let Jackie and Caleb take the fall.




Ozzy has fallen in love with Hope. I'm not sure I can go so far as to call it a showmance yet, particularly with her being kinda quiet about him in her confessional, but the seeds of love are close to blossoming!! Of course, Ozzy is an extremely horny gay male so I'm not sure real love is in the cards :P

Ozzy talks about is strong interest in teaming up with Hunter and Woo, two strong men who I'm sure he's dreamed about a time or two in the past. Ozzy's alias is doing a deep dive into South American culture as he is saying to be from Peru. Not sure why that's necessary but I hope someone calls him out on it down the road. Also Sherri knows Spanish.

-Thinks his tribe is a mess and "bogus". Calls Stacey a "racist character"
-Refers to his tribe as "weak" but then says he sucked at the challenge because his eyes couldn't "distinguish" anything...ok, bro
-Spoke a lot with Jaison, who referred to him as "one of his faves"
-Heard that Francesca/Stacey were targeting him from Jaison
-Initially wanted to target Stacey, but was fine with targeting Fran
-Feels like he is in a good spot ("fading into the background") and likes Natalie/Jaison in particular

-Strongest connections are with Liz/Kenny/Neal, with Rita/Jenna in the middle of the pack. Smaller connections with Wes/Jeremiah, no connection to Will.
-His goal is to keep his patience in this game, and don't let feelings of being uneasy make him do stupid stuff. He wants to embody the IRL Joe... not let them think he's a threat, just there to enjoy the beaches.
-Bonded with Rita, who confessed that she's a paranoid player, by really playing up his "chill, zen" Joe mode which is what he wants to emulate in the game.
-Made a point to emphasize how tight He/Kenny/Liz were, made an official alliance with Liz/Neal and plans on bringing Neal around to naturally want to include Kenny too.
-In regards to his dragon trio, he still really likes Hunter, but Caleb stopped responding to them.



-Literally his entire confessional was bitching about how so many people ask him about his favorite flavor of Ice Cream
-At least we know from other confessionals he has an alliance with Joe/Liz, likely is being included as the fourth for Joe/Liz/Kenny.



-Called out Hope for being too friendly and deduced that she was easily aligning with Hunter and Woo
-Said that he was bonding with his dragon trio mates Nick and Wes a LOT, really likes Nick
-His alliance with Ozzy fizzles out, JP starts to deduce there's probably a whole group working together without him, or at the very least it's forming. Calls out Hope/Hunter/Woo/Ozzy for likely being in the center of whatever is forming.
-Figures the other person for sure not included in a group alliance is Rachel



-As much as she disliked Natalie round 1, she realizes that Natalie could be a great ally due to her feud with Stacey.
-Accidentally sketched out Jaison, by misreading what he typed and by saying that she LOVED all the people he just confessed to her that he didn't really like/talk to.
-Said that her preferred alliance would be Herself/Natalie/Nick/Jaison
-Really enjoys Stacey due to her character, was sad about voting out Fran do to her challenge strength and thought it was weird how everybody was so worried about Fran having an idol due to her captains advantage.



-Ordered chinese food, that's about it for her confessionals this round
-Got SPV twice now about being a potential challenge threat, carried her tribe to victory

16/26 watchdog stuff in!

I'm sending out PM's to the three left to send stuff in, this round is definitely moving faster due to the live challenge. After TC tonight we'll start on round 3 stuff, hopefully next challenge is nonlive so it can give us some breathing room. After round 3, we can look at reshuffling around people and consolidating. Eventually we'll get to the point where it's maneagable for 2-3 people to be doing this, and halfway through merge I can just do the summary threads by myself, but right now it's so nice to have other people help me, it saves me so much time. So thanks guys <3 If you haven't gotten your submissions for round 2 in, please try to have them in by TC tonight, but if you can get them in tomorrow morning that's fine too, I'll just edit them in. And get prepared to start round 3!

Get your episode 3 stuff in! After episode 3 I'll reshuffle some people around and consolidate. Sometimes it'll feel like we're running behind, that's totally fine, the summaries are encompassing enough that if they're posted a round late then it's fine, the point is to have a cheat-sheet to look back on during the season and post-season for a quick-and-dirty run down.

After five days of inactivity, Trish briefly reappeared in her tribe chat during the Dragon Challenge as they were talking about making sure her dragon lost so they could vote her out which served as a nice bit of comic relief. Unfortunately Trish disappeared almost immediately after and was voted out unanimously at Mushu's first TC.
