- I've got some greeeaaat allies
- majority rules initially made me nervous
- mistakenly answered some negative questions with Jeremiah and Natalie
- I was shocked and scared by all the positive majority rules things
- too much visibility, no good
- I am apparently with awful visibility management
- Neal won the challenge but I don't think he was going anywhere
- Nick and I accidentally enabled Neal and Liz to be swing votes and pick a side
- why would both sides come back together after everyone was lied to
- everyone in Mushu wants to bring in Neal and Liz
- I talk to Liz and Neal and they seem pretty legit and want to work with us
- Liz still cried to Jenna about emotional manipulation but Hope was able to make up with Liz and played a big role in solidifying them
- Woo and Hope are likely the reasons why they voted with us, even though Liz said she trusted Hope and I most to me after telling Hope she wasn't sure about Rachel and I
- Nick said the other chat was probably going to target a Mushu so I didn't feel bad anymore about targeting anyone on that side
- Jeremiah is my primary target because I didn't like him and he seemed sketchy
- luckily he was the one who told me about their alliance and said I was a 7th and that solidified them against Jeremiah
- 6 person chat was formed with Mushu and Liz and Neal
- Nick and I planned that if it looked like Liz and Neal was siding with the other side, we would blow up Liz and Neal saying they were playing the middle
- If they side with us don't question it and have fun
- an hour before the vote the Anaira-Lóng people made a chat with Liz and Neal
- Natalie's idea and she is STILL sketch as hell
- Natalie is the one who brings my name up, her and Jeremiah push that after Woo was initially the plan
- Liz and Neal told me I was a target so I didn't freak
- Liz and Neal didn't tell any of them about what we were doing, so was pretty sure they were legit
- if Nick actually intended on voting me out I would laugh
- I record my reaction as the votes come up as Jenna is explaining why she voted for me
- Jenna and Rita said they were strong armed into voting me and they were glad I stayed
- I believe them tbh that they didn't want to vote me and they were "forced" to, but that doesn't change the fact they did
- Jenna says Jeremiah was the primary person who wanted me out
- Natalie said she wanted me out because I was telling people she was telling me to vote Liz (meanwhile that was after she tried to push me)
- Natalie has BS extruding out of every orifice of hers
- I need to stay calm and then we end up in a SUPRISE live TC
- I almost win, probably bad that I came so close to winning because of threat stuff, and Rachel wins
- was similar to a double eviction/fast forward round
- there was not enough time to split up our alliance of 6 so we were likely voting together regardless
- Nick wants Neal out but asks to just not vote him
- they want to vote Jenna because she 100% doesn't have an idol
- I'm sad and would rather sketch-Alie out :(
- objectively voting Jenna was the safest move and correct decision so I couldn't push the Natalie thing in the chat, Liz checked up on me to make sure I would vote Jenna
- Natalie can be dealt with later, she will not make it far in this game if I can help it
- I tell Jenna that I don't want her to go but don't think I'll be able to stop it if they do
- told Rita she's safe
- Nick's name was actually brought up by Neal in the Jeremiah round but we quickly brushed that away
- Natalie told me she was voting Neal, in her group chat said she was voting me, and ACTUALLY voted Rita (why? it's illogical, idk)
- lots of thrown votes everywhere
- not entirely sure what's happening but we're probably splitting the vote on Natalie and someone else
- I would be surprised if Neal and Liz go F6 with 4 Mushu and this is their last round where they can make a move really
- I would actually love Neal out because of challenge stuff, but I don't think it's a good idea at all to flip over, and even if I did I would need to bring in one more which doesn't seem possible
- I'm in the alliance and I'm safe, I just don't feel like I'm in a lot of control of it
- thus far I feel like I've been in control of my fate, and that's good for the end
- I need to keep talking to people and figure out what I want to do for sure
- Neal and Liz CAN technically flip, like I said
- if I get eliminated I fill in a spot of placement bingo with 9th!
- I probably have a good shot at the end but I'm not gonna think about it
- the song at the end is a cover of "Just a Dream" sung by someone named Sam Tsui and also Christina Grimmie, who tragically passed away the other night, it's a nice song so I recommend checking it out regardless of you listening to my confessional (right here)

I feel like kind of a jerk in this game for not logging on until like 6 or 7 EST lol. Being in a "majority" helps the comfort level, but I hate it when I see majorities treat the minority awfully, so I guess I'll have to try and deal w/ that.

Last few seasons I've seen with this challenge the bids don't seem to close until late, so I don't think I'm going to be doing a lot of bidding tonight except for the items I've already got bids on.
I'd actually be fine with Rita winning immunity because she came to me today about feeling sorry that we've been on the wrong side of the vote for so Lóng and she was explaining what went wrong and was saying that Liz and Hope are super close and won't ever vote against each other, amongst other things.
I would be more worried about Hope, buuuuuuut then I looked at my AIM chatlog
I think I'm confident enough Hope will stick by me.
However when I brought up to hope that I don't care if Rita wins immunity, she was worried that if Rita and Natalie both win immunity for the round, she wouldn't be sure what to do. I know she can't really turn around and try blindsiding Neal and Liz the round after she rebuilt that bond up, so I understand what she means. The issue is that EVENTUALLY I think she's going to need to betray and vote them and I'm not sure how that'll go.
Rita is probably going to try getting Rachel and I to work with her, Nat, and Nick for this round to take out one of Liz and Neal. The issue with that, for me, is that they literally saved me the last round, so like with Hope, if I go ahead and vote them now I'm going to burn them so ridiculously hardcore it wouldn't even be funny.

So FAR I don't see a reason to vote against Liz and Neal, but I'm not in the greatest state to think about strat stuff given I kinda want to die sickness-wise.
As far as that scroll is involved, Nick thinks its some super special HoH power or something but when I looked at past seasons it was something much lamer like deciding the round for a double boot. Most important thing, to me, is getting a key and that chest because that likely has a necklace or idol in it.
I think that's it for that Shórt update, I'm going to lay down now.

I'm starting to regret defending Rita a bit because I think I'm being seen as sketchy because I've said outright that I don't want her to go. Considering she's the one that Woo and Hope seem most sketched out about, they would want to see her go before Natalie. *I* want Natalie gone because she was obviously targeting me, and with her gone that is one less person who is going to. Rita is not targeting me her target is Liz (as far as I know). If her target was Hope or Rachel for some reason, then I would reconsider because she is trying to get rid of a close ally of mine which is uncool. However, he target seems to be either Liz or Woo, and if that is the case, then I don't really care if she stays in one extra round? If she finds an idol I am not going anywhere (ideally). Is it selfish? Hell yeah, but as Lóng as it isn't one of my super close allies being targetted by her, then she can stay in if I can help it.
Now that Nick has transferred money to Rita in the auction to get immunity, Hope isn't sure what to do because no one is offering her money. I asked her why no one was offering anything and why they were leaving her out to dry dealing with Rita herself when it's been their priority for the round, and she responded with something aLóng the lines of "like you are right now?"
So that lead into a convo about her being worried that I kept trying to make her paranoid by saying no one else was giving her money and I wasn't "thinking about her" and her position if somehow Natalie and Rita do end up winning immunity. I mean granted she DOES have a point that I'm not really thinking about her position as much as mine. I said, truthfully, that I am always making sure that she wouldn't be put in danger or in a bad spot and that the chances of them both winning immunity are rather slim. But again, I guess that PROBABLY shouldn't be just my call to make, as she made a point that as a team we need to work together and stuff. I think in the end everything was cleared up and I really hope she isn't sketched out at me anymore, because that certainly wasn't the intention. I basically left it was "if the ONLY way for Rita to not be immune is for me to transfer you money, I will, but if I can I would like to avoid spitting in her face after she opened up to me so much game wise last round." I think that mostly setting it so I hope that Woo or someone is going to give her money.
The thing about me in ORGs, (and this is not really super related to this game so if you feel like it you can skip I guess) is that if I am working with someone who I am really close with or who is fairly important to me, then I wouldn't do anything that can potentially put them in danger. That's probably my biggest ~flaw~ game wise, because it obviously does help to me selfish and robotic, but I dont have nearly as much fun with that? And that doesn't really work when you care getting super close to people. Now granted I'm not going to do something that involves throwing away my whole game for an ally, but I HAVE gone out of my way to help them in the past and have compromised because that is what being a team is about, compromise and a mutually beneficial goal. Hearing that I wasn't doing that was a bit of a wake up call.

This is currently my list of who got what in the auction. I still need to ask what Woo and Neal got with those mystery prizes which means I should probably talk to Rachel or Hope given their bonds with Neal and Woo. That'll be a later thing to worry about though because I don't THINK an idol would be hidden in one of the mystery boxes. I don't even know though to be completely honest with you.
ANYWAY, as far as vote stuff is concerned, Hope said that Neal wants to vote for Nick, which was exactly what she was worried about in the case of Rita winning immunity. Obviously we don't want Nick to go, but that means thinking of another way to spin in. That means we either A. Splitting it on Nick and Nat and get Nick to vote Nat or B. Try to convince them to vote for Natalie instead of Nick. I would prefer to not do the split thing because that puts Nick in danger, but I'm trying my best to avoid making a lot of waves and making them sketched at me.
So I'm telling Nick about this and he is understandably a bit upset that it may mean he gets votes in a split. I told him that I didn't want to do it but I don't think he is going home. He THEN told me about Liz and Neal apparently going to Natalie and eventually Rita about wanting to flip on Mushu and vote for ME.
Gooooooooooosh dang it.
SO I apparently cannot avoid being the target and that means trying to find a way out of it. I think my best bet is to go to Rita and tell her I want to vote with her (like she seemed to heavily infer the other day) but that means I need someone else to want to vote with me and "flip."
NORMALLY this would be Rachel, but the issue here is that she doesn't believe Nick about me being in trouble and is SET on voting one of Nick or Nat for the round (preferably Nat I think). I talked to Rita about wanting to vote with her because I figure I have nothing to lose if its confirmed Neal and Liz are voting for me. Now the issue is being able to convince Rita that voting one of Liz and Nick is better than me, which it isn't!
OBJECTIVELY I should be the one leaving this round. It makes sense to vote a Mushu out and I have the worst relationship with Liz/Neal AND am probably seen as at least a little bit of a threat. What I need to do is spin it so that that fact is not realized and I can survive another round lol. | | |

Nick said that Hope mentioned that Liz and Neal went to her about how they are voting me and she didn't tell me??? So I'm a bit hurt and I can't exactly tell her I know that lol. If she tells Rachel this then the plan is set and I'll be safe, but she is out at the moment so I don't think she is all there to say anything even if she wanted to. I thiiiiink I'm going to be ok this round and will try to avoid freaking out too much, but apparently a lot of this hinges on her being there so Rachel can be 100% convinced. Rita is telling Nick that Rachel is being hard to read and she won't vote with me if she doesn't trust Rachel to flip. | | |

Rachel won't believe me and Hope isn't coming online to tell her that Liz and Neal have confirmed what's going down. Rita has already said that she doesn't think Rachel is down and that "there is always next round."

(ftr I get this is probably a big deal/decision for Hope because she doesn't want to be the reason why either I go home or Neal/Liz goes, but ultimately we have had a lot of talks throughout the season about being a team, many of which SHE initiated, so to go back on that and not have my back isn't making me feel the best rn). | | |

Not giving up though, this is the sort of moment that differentiates the Shadow's and Curtis' and the people who just like to think they are good at ORGs. I may not be amazing but I'm no fkn slouch and I'm determined to get out of this despite my allies seemingly looking for greener pastures.

Rachel was finally convinced that Liz and Neal are sketch and then went to the Mushu chat to say that we should vote for Liz. Hope and Woo proceeded to sketchily not respond and then tell Rachel individually the don't want to vote Liz. THEN, randomly they decided to change their mind.
Meanwhile I'm going to Rita and Nick and telling them that I'm sketched out with Mushu and that I still want to vote with them. They seemed down but that they would also talk to Natalie about it and she isn't on the board so she was PMed. Nick then told me that he talked to Rita about how Hope apparently knew about the vote for me which sketched Rita out. Natalie apparently seems hesitant to switch because she seems me as a threat, but I'm not sure what to say to them other than the fact that those 4 are more of a threat.
Oh, and Hope and Woo are apparently voting for me too. Yiiiiiiiipeeeeeeeee. :/ | | |
