Welcome Nick!

1. Were you surprised by the vote? Were you expecting a tie?

2. You had some choice words on your vote for Rachel, can you explain that a bit?

3. Anything you wish you had done different with this vote? Any regrets throughout the game in general?

4. What criteria do you plan to base your final vote on?

5. Who are you rooting for? Who are you rooting against?

6. Which players do you think are playing the best as of right now?

7. Any final comments?

If you wish to participate in an exit interview on Skype for SHAP (Sausage Has a Podcast), say so below or PM Dreamz or Shawna for the details.

Even though you are out, you still have the chance to influence the game. Stick around and discuss the game until it's time for the final vote!

I wasn't surprised by the vote. Rachel had promised me for 24 hours that she was going to tie it no matter what and that she would go to rocks no matter what else happened. She talked about trying to flip Woo but that she would vote with me no matter what he did. She then talked to Woo a few hours before the vote and he was pretty open with me and with her that he didn't think it was in his best interest yet to flip on Neal. I respected that and him being honest about it but then Rachel randomly decided to not go tie it for me. Now I had thought not tying it was in her best interest all aLóng but I don't understand why she led me on for 24 hours just to ultimately not stick to her word. Leading on jurors who can't do anything to help their fate is a surefire way to lose votes and she lost mine. But to answer the original question, no I wasn't surprised. Both Woo and Rachel told me they wouldn't be tying it.

I made it clear to her that she would be burning my vote by doing what she was doing and that she had already burned other people on their way out. She also hadn't played a good game to that point that I felt would be respected. Her best bet at the win in my opinion was sitting next to Natalie, Liz, or potentially myself. She made a bad move at F7 by voting out someone she could beat and basically conceded power to Woo, Neal, and Liz. She then led me on unnecessarily and burned my vote for no real reason. I explained to her that if I went to jury mad, her chances at the win weren't very high because there were 3 people left who could get the votes to beat her. She disregarded that and voted me out so I felt she sacrificed her chance at the win as well as mine.

There is nothing I could have done different with this vote. My fate was sealed this round when Rachel flipped at F7 and then Rita won immunity. My two biggest regrets were not pushing harder with Natalie during the Hunter boot round and putting too much trust in Rachel at F7. I still feel like both of those things were kinda necessary if I wanted to win because flipping the Hunter vote onto Neal and keeping Hunter in the game was probably ultimately not good for me Lóng term and neither was choosing to not rely on Rachel and keep Hope in the game. Both needed to go when they did for me to have a real shot but it forced me to trust my game in the hands of someone who had consistently showed she had the gameplay of a toddler. It was a calculated risk that failed but I felt it was my only chance at a win.

4. What criteria do you plan to base your final vote on?

Strategic and social gameplay, of which I've seen enough from them having played with them for as Lóng as I did to know who I am voting for. Rita will get my vote if she makes it. She's been playing from behind all merge, is one of the best social players I've ever seen, and is very smart strategically because we were basically on the same wavelength every round. Plus she was loyal to me until the end when I wasn't to her at the start of the merge which I value a lot. Woo will get my vote if he is there and Rita isn't because he played a very good game overall despite some poor social play (which the other 3 not including Rita are just as guilty of) and was honest with me at the end which is all I can ask for. In my nightmare F3 of Neal, Rachel, and Liz, idk who I would vote for but at the moment I am leaning Neal. He completely neglected our relationship which is something I can't ignore but he at least played the game and for the most part played the strategic part well. Liz didn't play the game (or used emotional manipulation which I can't respect) and Rachel played awfully in every aspect.

5. Who are you rooting for? Who are you rooting against?

Rooting for more than anyone I ever have in a game before: RITA
Rooting for if she fails: Woo
Rooting against: Neal, Rachel, Liz

6. Which players do you think are playing the best as of right now?

I think Neal is probably in the best spot overall because he has Rita guaranteed to go before him and he will probably beat Woo at the F4 immunity challenge. I think we're likely to see an F3 of him, Rachel, and Liz. I don't think Neal being in the best spot currently means he necessarily played the best or is the best player remaining. But he is the most likely to make FTC and probably win with how things stand right now. This game has been a bit frustrating in that a lot of the big players have already gone out (and one more will probably be joining us this round) so now we are left with a pretty unsatisfying group left that we will have to choose between. I think Neal is in the best position to win but he is far from the best player on this cast.

7. Any final comments?

I've already said all of my thank yous, sorrys, and goodbyes either in my confessional or in the jury speaks thread but I'd just like to say one more thanks to the hosts and PWs. It was an awesome game and I am grateful both for the support and for the opportunity to play. I am content with what I managed to accomplish this game and, though I'm not crazy about how I went out, I think I did all that I could which all I ever expect of myself. I'm happy to still have a part in how this plays out. Thanks again everybody.
