We decided not to allow fake Idols this season because that gets kinda messy, but if we did, she would have it right now. Vytas got it before Brice planted the fake so Monica would've been the first to find it. That's too hilarious (she found a fake Idol and played it round two and was booted in her original season for those who don't know)

I kinda wish we allowed it now because it's such a funny cross-season story. I would've felt so bad for her though. Wish she got the real Idol this time!

Why do fake idols get messy? Please elaborate, Lex. :-)

Edgardo is the best boot for the fans (maybe not Bobdawg) and I get the point that Dan, JT, Amber, Colton can just boot one of the other 3 next but I don't know if that will happen given JT feeling close to Mookie and who knows if Colton will get closer to those 3 before they go/if they go to TC again on this tribe? It seems like Colton will follow Amber anywhere as of now, we'll see. Plus, with another possible/probably swap, I think think it would've been in the vets' best interest to keep Edgardo as a number for now. On the other hand, maybe it lulls Brice, Mookie, Daniel into a false sense of security but I doubt it.

IT GETS MESSY!

Plus it's kinda awkward. When we've allowed it, we tell them they have to provide their own image and it can't resemble ours, which obviously becomes a super grey area because people try to see what they can get away with since the point of their fake is to look like our Idols

Yaw we haven't allowed it in awhile, not since All Stars I'm pretty sure

I think the best way to allow fake Idols really is to give them a one hour time limit after finding the Idol. Because they're still "there" at the location and only have a bit of time to throw something together. Brice tried to hide a fake like a week later so it's a bit awkward anyway

She thinks it's CAROLYN. That's so random. She apparently caught Carolyn and Mookie being shady with their Idol guesses and figured out that at least one lied about theirs. She's gonna tell everyone it's missing which is fun

lol I just realized everyone JT/Dan have voted out have been potential allies/allies. Angie wanted to work with both of them and had a connection to Dan, both were somewhat aligned with Ashley and JT felt he was the only one who could control her, and the two were obviously aligned with Edgardo and he mutineed over there to help them
