This thread is for viewing your current selection of items which can be obtained throughout the Labyrinth. This post will be automatically updated throughout your journey as you obtain, use and lose items.

ALL actions regarding items must be done in this thread, whether it's using, dropping, trading, or picking items up within the Labyrinth. For more on items, see the items section of the gameplay guide: http://www.ndimforums.com/lab4/thread.asp?threadid=5&pp=15#7

There are a limited number of spaces for items as denoted by the "Remaining pack space" portion of your inventory. When this fills, you will be unable to accept more items and any attempts for you to obtain other items will fail. Some items are stackable and will take only one slot however. These will have a multiplier next to the item to denote their quantity.

Current Inventory
Remaining pack space: 3/6

Fusion Cell (x3)
Powers the air collar. A fusion cell must be used every three phases or the collar will fail.

Keycard
Can be used to lock or unlock a door just once before breaking. A previously locked door will appear with a * symbol next to it.

Portal Gun
A hi tech gun that warps space. You can fire this gun twice to create two portals. You will be able to exit through one portal into the other once both are created. Each shot after the second will require a fusion cell to power the gun. Only two portals may be active at any time.

Phase 3:
You take stock of the air filtration fusion cells. You're going to need to start using them.

Question (maybe I am reading too much into the words) but you said I "received" a fusion cell. To me that implies I was given one, was I, or did I pick it up?

Sorry almost missed. You picked it up. Just bad wording on my part.

Phase 5:
A warning light flashes on your collar. It's almost out of juice. You must use a fusion cell on it this phase to keep it going.

Phase 6:
You pick up the portal gun.

(Just for future reference: You missed out on the rest only because you included it all in one post. Pick ups have to be one post per item in this game.)

You have to use it in separate rooms. So you could use one in this room, one in a room North and you'd have a fast travel between the two.

Re-use of it would demolish the first portal and create another, though it would need fusion cells at this point.
