So why did Zeus banish the robot's souls to the underworld upon destruction after Hermes ate the pomegranate seeds? Did Hermes take some from Zeus private garden?

I believe that everything that is willed into existence has a purpose, the gods set us all on a path. We just have to figure out what it is, although trying to decipher the ancient texts isn't the easiest things. The gods do not communicate with us they way we want or expect them to, from my experience they speak to us through visions and signs. Perhaps Hermes eating Zeus's pomegranate seeds is a metaphor for something? I assume someone had a vision of this in ancient Greek and struggled to put human words into text that was understandable.

I do find all these texts interesting though, it is clear to me that the gods have left signs to us and spoken to us in visions since the dawn of humankind. Maybe one day we'll be able to finally understand the gods and I agree that the best way to figure that out is for science and faith to go hand in hand.

I should mention, that specific text was written by me, after a vision I had.

That's fascinating, I wonder what the gods were trying to tell you with this vision? It's quite unusual for such ancient gods to finally find it's way back into the hearts of men... and women.
