Speaking of fusion cells, we need to come up with a plan, because based on how many we have found so far, we might be presented with a few difficult dilemmas. They need to be rationed carefully and fairly. My proposal would be to split every bundle of cells we come across down to one, and share it out as best as we can. Anybody who receives a ration should be then excluded from the next selection. We need to ensure a whole bunch of people don't die at once because a select few of us stockpile them.
