Takeshi curious why anyone feels the need to go through the crawlspace and take a risk. We can all just exit through the southeast exit no?

Ohhh. Is it because this can only be done after 24 hours during which time electricity will strike someone and kill them?

Also what of the box with the flashing red light? Takeshi has much to catch up on

I thought that If you turned the electricity off on the west side the rest of the group might be able to cross over to that side? So then we could exit the west north and west south doors? This is rather confusing.

We can but there is also the (seemingly) no risk option of the south-east exit. The rampant lightning is the only reason Takeshi sees that actually merits going through the crawlspace and pushing the switch.

The thing I'm trying to think through is what happens if you crawl through and turn it off. I feel like we either all have to go or something. We might be splitting up here, but I honestly feel like if someone is going to be split off alone, it should be me. I can go into more detail about that, or maybe your suit ability is useful, but I can at least avoid traps as much as possible. I don't want anyone to get split off, but I don't want someone being struck at random either.

It's very descriptive that the crawl space is small and unstable which makes me think this is a very martyr-based event. Meaning basically that the person who goes won't be coming back and no one can follow. Dain can also fix that shuttle and we can use it if we want to, but I'm not sure our whole group can make it across. We will have to see what happens, but I definitely don't want someone being struck at random. Too many valuable people to let fate decide.

Takeshi agrees with both these points and agrees that Aippaq sounds like the wisest choice to risk the crawlspace venture if we choose to do so.

Reading through the room description again, here is what Takeshi thinks will happen:

If nobody goes through the crawlspace, the electricity will strike a player at random meaning we will lose someone for sure by the end of the phase

If someone goes through the crawlspace and hits the switch, they might get separated from the group. Since the switch is on the other side and is the only way of stopping the electricity, Takeshi does not think the crawlspace would collapse on the person before he/she makes it through to the other side.

So Takeshi feels it is a debate on who has the ability to survive on their own.

But assuming I'm going alone, I would assume that the best option would just be that I take north, you all wander south and we just hope to meet up at some point. Elias could help you back to me, but Elias could also continue to pick up the tracks of the other group we sensed earlier. Hopefully I will remain in close enough proximity for Elias to pick up on me.

Takeshi agrees with Garthon that if it looks like this separation will be a prolonged one, then Felicity who was so very eager to go should be allowed to pitch a case as to why she was adamant in going it alone.

Diamente Azul stated that there is treasure to the North west. And you had stated that there is danger to your south. It seems as though you have little choice but to head north-west friend Aippaq. We however must venture south and face whatever the potential danger is as a group since going north would be bactracking. Unless of course backtracking is what the group wants to do.

We don't know how the room looks to the north west though nor the room to the west from B1635. I just don't know how many fusion cells we'll be finding on our journey and I don't personally want to waste any of them. However having someone within our group that can literally see a room before we cross to them, is probably worth backtracking a single room for, even if the chances are pretty slim. I'm on both sides of the coin over here.

Garthon makes a very good point. The room to the northeast had many exits so backtracking may not be a bad idea. Especially considering that we know there are traps to the south. Takeshi wishes to change his vote to go North.
