I am quite confused. It's clearly a trap since it can be re-armed. Perhaps Cronkite can only sense certain traps?
That's fucked up.
Rin? I'm sorry. Way to take one for the team.
Ya I just feel bad for Rin now since it seemed a 100% like she was going to be safe. Maybe Cronkite can only see traps that will kill not ones that will injure.
Well I buy Cronkite's explanation. It is unfortunate, but both ways had traps (I believe) so we would have moved this way regardless.
Percy can correct me but I believe she sensed monsters four rooms west. I not sure on traps that way. But if there's trouble south of here we could conceivably backtrack and see what other paths branch from that west route.
You are correct. Monsters were that way and we believed at the time South was safe. So west could have had no traps.
We have until Phase 7 anyway, I won't die until the end of it (if I don't get cured).
If the next room is trapped, we might as well have me go first. If I die or get further injured, maybe the medkit can take out two birds with one stone?
I like this idea but mostly so nobody else gets hurt and Frederic has to decide who lives and does.
My honest opinion and this is just me guessing obviously is the Monster that was in the North room before decided to move up one space. The monster from before that was West decided to follow us down south.
So one moved up and the other moved down. Could be speculating but it is worth keeping note of their movements. There could be a pattern they go in which would make it easier to keep track of them and avoid them if we get split up from Frederic.
Hmm.. I wonder! If we're talking three grids north would that not mean that the north monster stayed precisely where it was? In the shuttle? C-6157 was two grids by two grids!
Well before it was only 1 grid up so with us moving down that would make it 2 grids. So the fact that it moved made it 3 grids. So I do not believe it was the shuttle.
