In the category of wtf, my journal contains an apology for the wrong answer to my role action. I don't expect y'all to believe me, but it does not appear that my scans are supposed to be limited.

Damnit Cronkite. Thought we could trust the old man's notes. What kind of place are we in though? Radiation Traps, red eyed monsters. For those who didn't use a cell (I cancelled my action), what phase do we have to use them by?

I was told to use one in phase 5.

Also, is anyone else worried that going south may lead us into a MORE radiated area? I find it hard to believe that only one area would be radiated and an adjoining area would not be.

I'm scanning the research on the south exit. Whether we trust my scan is clearly another story...

Well I buy Cronkite's explanation. It is unfortunate, but both ways had traps (I believe) so we would have moved this way regardless.

Percy can correct me but I believe she sensed monsters four rooms west. I not sure on traps that way. But if there's trouble south of here we could conceivably backtrack and see what other paths branch from that west route.

Fwiw, Rin I have asked for a radiation kit as recompense for the mistake. Maybe we'll get some mercy

Okay, so my journal informs me that the room to the South is 100% free of traps.

I just got my scan results back! 3 grids north there is a monster and 4 grids west there is a monster.

Nothing on the South direction?

That's what they said yesterday and now I have 6 arms and all my hair's falling out.

Mission Control was apparently being run from Animal House the last few days. Here's to hoping its relocated back to headquarters.
