Percy has the laser gun and med kit.

The gun has one charge to use to fire at one player at any phase.

The med kit is also a one time use. A supply of medical items. We can use this to heal a player's status ailments, wounds, or to revive a player who has been killed provided they were killed during the same phase you use the item in.

Everyone has started with 3 fusion cells, most people will have likely used 1 as instructed to do so, leaving them with 2 remaining.
