This is a lot to take in...I think our best bet is to see who brings the most to the table, and see what skillsets people have that will help us out.

To be honest I would want Dain to be a leader. He seems like he has strong leadership qualities and I trust him. So that is my own personal vote of who I would like to see.

I feel like instead of people just saying that they have some leadership background, with no proven credibility, they could say a few words about their leadership style.

If I was leader, I'd like to try and get the input of everyone I was on different subjects. I'm not the most educated guy, but I'd like to think my instincts are good and I'm loyal to the people who are loyal to me. I'd do my best not to micromanage the group, and would be willing to make the tough calls if I had to.

I got a question for all of yall who wanna be leader: What ya gonna do when there's a conflict? When someone's acting like a little bitch and won't do what needs to be done? How will ya solve that problem?

Letting everyone have their say is important, but if there's a conflict, I think handling it in a stern, fair way is important. This is a group effort, and if someone doesn't want to help the group, they shouldn't be a part of the group.

A ship they called the Titanic. It sank, and they didn't have enough lifeboats for everybody. They came up with what I believe to be a fair system which would work for us. They gave women and children priority. I...I think we need to do the same. Little Aldo, where is he? He is the only child here, he must get the first suit. But a child needs a guardian too. I will take this burden upon myself if everybody allows it...that means i'll have to go with him, so I'll need a suit too, naturally...

Elias, this isn't a matter of saving the women and the children. This is a matter of saving the Dalia, and we need the people who are best suited to do that.

Elias, I would put the lives of everyone on this ship before the life of a child. A child is a precious thing, and while I don't want little Aldo to die, I don't appreciate a man trying to use a baby as an excuse to live out of cowardice.

Freyja has cared for the boy since she saw him, and has been nothing but kind to the people on board the ship. You don't know Aldo. You're pathetic, and should be left without a suit.
