I'm not much of a leader myself. I'm not interested in the politics of it all. But I have a strong work ethic and some knowledge of ships, so I think I could be a good team member. I also really have a purpose for being here.

I think our best bet is to try and keep track of who's around and who's not. I can try to compile a list in about 30 hours or so of who has spoken and who hasn't. Hopefully people will take it upon themselves to get rid of the quieter ones.

I feel like instead of people just saying that they have some leadership background, with no proven credibility, they could say a few words about their leadership style.

Hey guys, I'm here. Sorry for being a quiet, you just have to understand that all of this is a tad overwhelming. No one likes to watch 9 people left behind, to supposedly die.

Anyway, I still plan on compiling that list in a little bit. I realize that the list has been ongoing, but I wanted to wait to do it to give everyone ample time to post.

I have posted few times but I do not want to be left behind. I know that I can be helpful, and I have been listening.

Personally, I am torn on Felicity. If someone wants to be left behind, then that's one less person who doesn't. But I have a feeling that her humility is exactly something a team could use on this trip. I also think Cassie's dauntless attitude is something that would be helpful. I'm happy with Dain as a leader, too. I think Izza could be another good leader. She seems sensitive to others' needs.

I know I have not been the most talkative, but I do really want to be here. I do give a fuck. I will be less overwhelmed in smaller groups of 16, and I will be able to contribute more. I have a great sense of direction and I don't think I deserve to be in the bottom 9. Please keep me off your bottom list.
